The job of a Game Presenter does not require previous work experience, we will teach you everything you need to know and make you a star! You will start your new job with professional training provided by your future colleagues in our studio in Sofia, in a pleasant, modern, and technologically advanced environment. The online gaming platform operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, making the Game Presenter position organized into 3 shifts with rotations. 
     


    JOB DESCRIPTION 

    • Stepping into the spotlight as the master of ceremonies, guiding online players through the popular card game with flair and finesse, in line with ARRISE company standards 
    • Project confidence and professionalism in front of the camera at all times, coordination and agility in performing the job which you will master during training

    WHAT WE ASK OF YOU 

    • Working knowledge of English language 
    • Open to a 40-hour work week in a three-shift system (full-time) or a flexible part-time option of 20 or 30 hours per week
    • To be β€œthe face” of the company delivering superior gaming knowledge and quality for popular card game, offering entertainment and interaction with the players. 
    • Presenting the game in the required professional manner, always showcasing exceptional presenting skills in line with the company performance expectations.

    - Close collaboration with product, CRM, analytics, and UX teams.

    Requirements:
    - Experience as a Growth Manager / Product Marketing / PMM in iGaming or related digital products;
    - Deep understanding of funnel metrics: traffic β†’ activation β†’ retention β†’ monetization;
    - Practical experience launching advertising campaigns: performance, social, RTB, affiliate;
    - Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery/SQL;
    - Experience with CRM/CDP/push/email marketing is an advantage;
    - Skills in A/B testing and data management;
    - Proficient English (B2+);
    - Ability to adapt strategy to business goals and markets;
    - Communication with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders;
