Jobs

ATAS is a professional platform for financial market, trading volume and order flow analysis. We develop an analytics product for traders and work with brokers, prop trading firms, technology providers and marketing partners.

Our volume of contracts and business projects is growing. We are looking for a lawyer to take ownership of international commercial contracts and legal support for projects — from clarifying the brief and commercial model through to signing and performance of the agreed obligations.

You should understand counterparties' business models and help the project owner clarify the proposed arrangement, assess risks and find a workable solution. Personal trading experience is not required. Our existing team and external advisers handle corporate and tax matters; these are not the core of this role.

What you will do

• International commercial contracts. Draft and manage partnership, agency, referral, integration, marketing and contractor agreements. Propose structures that reflect the economics of each arrangement and account for tax and regulatory risks. Work with revenue sharing, SLAs, data and software rights, and restrictions on their use.
• Counterparty contracts and negotiations. Review English-language documents governed by foreign law, prepare amendments and negotiate them with counterparties' legal teams through to signing. Maintain agreements for our distributed team across jurisdictions in line with the group's structure and business model.
• Legal support for projects. Get involved early in new products, features, monetisation models, partnership programmes and marketing campaigns. Help the business clarify its requirements, prepare user agreements, terms of use and other necessary documents, and support each project through to completion.
• Regulatory matters and compliance. Assess partners' regulatory status and how their activities affect ATAS's legal position. Analyse the boundary between an analytics product and an investment service, and document the legal position. Maintain the existing sanctions screening process. Address complex issues in advertising and public materials and develop guidance for Marketing; an internal tool handles the initial content review.
• External advisers and processes. Engage specialist advisers when needed on particular jurisdictions, corporate matters and intellectual property: define the brief, assess their conclusions and turn them into practical decisions. Help organise templates, registers and the contract approval process.

What you will bring

• Education and experience. A law degree and at least 4 years of experience with commercial contracts, including at least 2 years working on English-language agreements governed by foreign law. Experience supporting product and partnership projects, not just individual documents.
• Industry understanding. Experience providing legal support to brokerage, prop trading, tradetech or adjacent fintech projects. You should understand these business models and the contractual and regulatory issues arising in relationships between companies. We will assess adjacent experience, including iGaming, based on the substance of the projects involved.
• Contractual and regulatory practice. Knowledge of EU law and a practical understanding of MiFID II and MiCA. Experience in sanctions compliance and KYC/AML. Confidence working with liability caps, indemnities, data and software licences, rights to work product, revenue-share calculations, termination and its consequences.

Nice to have

Experience with financial regulators, partnership programmes and influencer marketing in a related industry; building contract processes; corporate structuring, IP and trademarks. Experience with chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard and payment providers such as Adyen, PayPal, Stripe or similar is an advantage, not a requirement.

Terms

• Full-time, long-term role.
• Remote work is possible; our office is in Riga.
• Reporting to the company's authorised commercial representative / management board.

About the Role

At Benrey, content is a system to run, not text to write. We operate multi-domain, multilingual platforms across seven international markets and six languages. In our competitive verticals, manual writing and manual optimization cannot scale. If a task is repeatable, our goal is to automate it.

We are looking for an SEO Content Specialist (AI & Automation) to own this system end to end. You will decide what to build based on SERP evidence, define what "good" looks like across different languages, and run automated pipelines that deliver high-quality, factually accurate content at a sustainable unit cost.

You don’t need a computer science degree for this role. We are looking for an SEO specialist with a sharp editorial eye and a builder’s mindset. You can immediately tell the difference between polished AI filler and truly authoritative, search-aligned copy and you can pinpoint exactly why a draft fails so the underlying system can be improved. At the same time, you love practical automation: using APIs, lightweight Python or JavaScript, and AI coding assistants to take repetitive work off the table.

What You’ll Do

• SERP & Demand Mapping at Scale: Turn large keyword datasets into structured content maps using SERP overlap clustering, search intent classification, and template mapping ensuring zero cannibalization between page types or markets.
• Evidence-Based Production Decisions: Study search results to identify what search engines actually reward (SERP features, structured tables, direct answers, AI Overviews). Prioritize production runs based on measurable commercial value and traffic potential, not arbitrary word-count quotas.
• Autonomous Multilingual Planning: Plan, cluster, and run content operations in languages you don’t personally speak. You’ll use SERP patterns, translation tools, and competitor structures to manage the workflows independently; native speakers step in for final review, but you drive the process.
• Running & Tuning Content Pipelines: Run multi-stage generation workflows (Writer  Grounding  Editor  Native Polish). You will ensure models pull from verified structured data rather than memory, keeping regulated facts (e.g., game rules, bonus terms, RTP figures) strictly accurate.
• Automated Quality Control: Build automated checks that catch formatting issues, hallucinations, and tone errors before a human ever looks at the draft. When a native proofreader catches an issue, you turn their feedback into a permanent prompt adjustment or validation rule.
• Building Micro-Tools & Scripts: Create small, durable scripts and workflows that remove manual work from everyday SEO tasks - whether that’s pulling SERP data, checking content gaps, generating briefs, or handling batch uploads.
• Cost & Model Optimization: Keep an eye on cost per page, latency, and API usage across batch runs. You’ll test models side-by-side to find the right balance between output quality and generation cost.
• Performance Feedback Loops: Track indexation rates, impressions, and ranking distributions per template and market to validate batches before scaling up generation.

What We Expect

• 3+ Years in SEO Content Strategy: You have planned and owned organic content performance for a site at scale, rather than just writing individual articles.
• Hands-On Automation Experience: You have built at least one functional SEO or content automation powered by APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DataForSEO, Firecrawl, Search Console, WordPress REST, or similar). You can show us what it does, talk through what broke while building it, and explain its unit cost. Functional workflows built in Make or n8n count if you understand their limits.
• Pragmatic Scripting Skills (Python or JavaScript): You can read, adapt, and troubleshoot your own scripts. Using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) is fully encouraged - you don’t need to write code from scratch from memory, but you must understand the logic and be able to debug it when an API breaks.
• Comfort with Languages You Don't Speak: You are comfortable doing keyword research, analyzing SERPs, and planning content for non-English markets using data and automated translation, relying on native reviewers only for the final linguistic pass.
• Large-Scale Keyword Research: Hands-on experience clustering thousands of queries and mapping them to distinct templates and user intents (using tools like DataForSEO, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Search Console exports).

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, fintech, or another competitive, highly regulated niche.
• Hands-on programmatic SEO experience (generating and maintaining thousands of pages from structured databases).
• Language skills in Spanish, Russian, Estonian, Danish, or Portuguese.
• Experience comparing LLM outputs side-by-side or building automated test prompts to evaluate text quality.
• Working with batch APIs, embeddings, or vector databases to ground generation on reference data.

What We Offer

• Live Infrastructure from Day One: You step into established, functioning pipelines and APIs. You will iterate on and scale real systems, not start from scratch.
• Full Data & Tooling Access: Direct access to paid enterprise APIs: LLM providers, DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Firecrawl, and Google Search Console.
• No Bureaucracy: Work directly with senior technical SEOs and software developers. No layers of non-technical management between you and deployment.
• Stack Ownership: Freedom to choose the scripts, frameworks, models, and tools that solve the problem best.
• Production Scale: Your scripts and pipeline optimizations directly impact tens of thousands of live URLs across seven active international markets.

Location: EU-based (Remote)

• Contract type: B2B (valid Czech IČO / trade license required).
• Location: Remote, candidate must be based in the Czech Republic; occasional visit to Prague office.
• Start date: ASAP
• English: Fluent
• Czech: Native/Fluent

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Databricks using PySpark and SQL.

Join the senior team behind the Billease Android app — a Kotlin & Jetpack Compose fintech product that millions rely on for payments, credit, and secure account access. You'll own features end-to-end, raise the engineering bar alongside other senior developers, and help keep a fintech-grade codebase fast, secure, and a pleasure to work in.

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end — from the networking and data layers through to pixel-accurate Jetpack Compose UI, verified in production.
• Help uphold and evolve the architecture: a clean, layered flow (data → domain → presentation), clear module boundaries, and reactive single-source-of-truth state.
• Raise the bar through rigorous code review, shared standards, and mentoring — contributing to a strong senior team, not working in isolation.
• Keep the app crash-resilient, performant, and secure — careful recomposition, disciplined null-safety, and sensitive data encrypted at rest.
• Investigate and drive production issues to root cause, then ship the fix and the regression guard.
• Help shape conventions, module design, and technical direction together with the team as the product scales.

  What we're looking for
These are the bar for the role — a strong senior should meet essentially all of them, with real depth (not just exposure) in the core engineering areas.

  • 7+ years of professional Android development, including meaningful time in a senior or lead role owning architecture and technical decisions — not just closing tickets.
  • Expert-level Kotlin — structured concurrency with coroutines, Flow / StateFlow, strict null-safety, and a feel for clean, stable public API design.
  • Deep production Jetpack Compose: state hoisting, recomposition and performance tuning, custom layouts, and type-safe Compose Navigation at scale.
  • Command of MVVM / clean architecture and DI (Hilt/Dagger) — able to shape and uphold layering and patterns across a large codebase, not just follow them.
  • Fluent in a multi-module Gradle codebase and a disciplined Git / MR-based workflow with thorough reviews.
  • Solid REST networking (Ktor/Retrofit) and JSON serialization, local persistence (Room), and a proven security-first instinct for auth, sessions, and data at rest.
  • Fluent working from Figma — reading designs, specs, and a design-token system, and turning them into faithful, reusable Compose components in close partnership with designers.
  • Effective, judgment-driven use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot) — using them to move faster while critically reviewing and validating everything they produce to a senior's standard.

    The way you show up

    • Actively drive technical and feature discussions — asking sharp questions, weighing trade-offs, and helping the team land on the right approach.
    • Lead the charge when it counts: investigate and triage production issues, trace root causes, and drive them to resolution.
    • Take ownership end-to-end — you plan before you build, flag risks early, and see work through to verified-in-production.
    • Collaborate well in a cross-functional, fast-moving team and are comfortable with ambiguity.

      Nice to have

      • Fintech or payments experience at scale — with a security-first mindset.
      • Hands-on with data-at-rest encryption (Keystore / Tink), auth/session handling, biometrics, or KYC / liveness flows.
      • Feature-flagged delivery, analytics instrumentation, and crash monitoring.
      • Static analysis and quality gates (detekt / ktlint) and E2E UI testing.
      • Experience migrating legacy XML/Fragment screens to Compose, and contributing to a shared design system.

        What you'll work with

        - Kotlin
        - Jetpack Compose
        - Compose Navigation
        - Coroutines + Flow

        Quality & security
        - JUnit + MockK
        - detekt
        - Keystore / encryption
        - Feature flags
