About the Company and Project
We are looking for an experienced SAP BW Expert to join a remote project for an international client.
The project focuses on reporting and analytics, data modeling, and the modernization of existing SAP Business Warehouse solutions. The specialist will work with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere (DSP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP S/4HANA.
The project involves implementing new reporting and analytics requirements across various business areas, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Controlling (CO), Financial Accounting (FI), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM).
A key part of the role is migrating existing SAP BW topics to SAP Datasphere, developing new data models, adapting existing models, and designing stories in SAP Analytics Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Implement new reporting and analytics requirements, primarily in MM, PP, CO, FI, PM, and QM.
- Develop new data models, focusing on SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4HANA.
- Adapt and enhance existing data models in SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Migrate existing SAP BW topics and solutions to SAP Datasphere.
- Design and develop stories and analytical visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting.
- Ensure that reporting and analytics solutions meet business requirements
Must-Haves
- SAP BW/4HANA experience.
- SAP Datasphere experience, including data modeling and migration of existing BW solutions.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience, particularly story design.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data models.
- Hands-on experience implementing reporting and analytics requirements.
- Experience with data model development and adaptation.
- Availability for remote cooperation.
Nice to Have
- Experience across SAP MM, PP, CO, FI, PM, and QM modules.
- Experience with SAP BW on HANA.
- Experience migrating legacy SAP BW solutions to SAP Datasphere.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance in SAP reporting and analytics projects.
