    What will you do:

    • Support newcomers: help them adapt quickly, coordinate onboarding, host welcome sessions, and guide them through their probation period.
    • Drive engagement and culture: foster a sense of belonging, organize surveys, run 1:1s, and support people in day-to-day questions.
    • Enable development and growth: coordinate performance reviews, assist in building and implementing PDPs, and support professional learning.
    • Act as an HR partner: advise on HR processes, help team leads manage effectively, and support motivation and performance.
    • Analyze and improve processes: track HR data, spot trends, and suggest solutions to boost collaboration and team dynamics.
    • Lead offboarding: guide people through a smooth exit experience with care, including exit interviews and thoughtful closure.

    • Have 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on team development and engagement.
