Position Summary
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Analyst / Automation Specialist to deepen our understanding of customer behavior and drive personalized engagement at scale. This role will focus on segmentation, cohort analysis, and channel preference to strengthen retention strategies, while also owning product projects on website analytics and funnel optimization. Job Description

• Partner with the retention team to design and optimize segmentation frameworks, including customer lifecycle cohorts, behavioral clusters, and channel preference mapping, ensuring highly personalized and efficient communications.
