Now, we're looking for a Corporate Compliance Counsel for Infrastructure department — a specialist who will manage corporate document flow across multiple jurisdictions, support international structuring, maintain legal databases, and ensure smooth legal operations for the company’s global activities.

Your future responsibilities:
— Support day-to-day corporate document flow for legal entities in multiple foreign jurisdictions (Cyprus, Gibraltar, USA, Estonia, Poland, etc.);
— Complete operational tasks, such as: i) ordering corporate documents upon request; ii) drafting and signing agreements; iii) upon request collecting available corporate documents and agreements;
— International structuring support for various operations;
— Maintain and update various internal databases on corporate information, documents, and agreements;
— Communicate with corporate administrators in multiple foreign jurisdictions;
— Support day-to-day operations of multiple teams via provision of corporate documents
— Contribute to the banking and payment services providers infrastructure via documentary support and KYC execution;
— Prepare drafts of documents and agreements for intragroup financing arrangements;
— Handle legal support of administrative activities (e.g., filings, offices, documents);
— Perform ad-hoc document requests, as needed.

We’re looking for someone who has:
— 2-4 years of professional experience in a legal position in a major company, reputable accounting/audit/law firm, or compliance position in an international bank/payment institution. Experience in tech/IT industry, espesially in a corporate legal role, would be an asset;
— Ability to draft and review standard corporate documents;
— Upper-intermediate level of written and oral English.

— Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy and consistency;
— Structured thinking and excellent organizational skills;
— Strong communication and written skills;
— Practical and result-oriented approach.

About the position

Quantum is expanding the team and has brilliant opportunities for a Software Engineer. The client is a technological research company that utilizes proprietary AI-based analysis and language models to provide comprehensive insights into global stocks in all languages. Through our generative AI technology implemented into brokerage platforms and other financial institutions’ infrastructures, we offer instant fundamental analyses of global stocks alongside bespoke investment strategies, enabling informed investment decisions for millions of investors worldwide.

Must have skills:

• 5+ years of professional Python development
• 2+ years working with Apache Spark and ETL pipelines
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience building APIs with FastAPI
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD processes, and Git version control
• Solid background in AWS cloud services
• Practical understanding of Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (spoken and written)
