RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain database systems, ensuring high availability and reliability tailored to each end user’s role

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Proven background in database administration, IT, database architecture, or a related field

• System Proficiency: Experience with GNU/Linux server environments

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Computer Vision Engineer specializing in Navigation to join our innovative R&D team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and deployment of state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for autonomous navigation systems, contributing to our efforts in robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, or similar fields. About us:

Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
The Quantum Systems Vector reconnaissance drones have been in use in Ukraine since May 2022. So far, more than 500 systems have been delivered to the Ukranian Defense Forces

The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.

As a Business Analyst, you will be a key part of our new ground control station team to improve the capabilities and usability of our VTOL systems.

You will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

You will be working closely with stakeholders from the GCS, Flight Control, AI, and System Test departments to improve and extend our ground control station software.

With the product ownership of features for our ground control station, you'll support Quantum Systems‘ mission to transform decision-making processes through aerial data intelligence.
 

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Owning and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business needs
• Prioritizing and refining backlog, defining clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement product improvements
• Ensuring the product integrates smoothly with third-party tools, internal business platforms, and other enterprise solutions
• Defining and tracking product KPIs, analyzing data to drive feature adoption, user engagement, and system efficiency
• Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring development efforts are focused and efficient
• Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor solutions, identifying ways to enhance the platform
• Working with UX/UI designers to enhance GCS usability, ensuring an intuitive experience for all users

What you bring to the team:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
• You are experienced in managing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and prioritizing features based on business impact
• You can translate business needs into technical requirements and work effectively with development teams
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-backed decision-making
• You are experienced in API integrations
• You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across different departments

• You are experienced using JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools
