Recruiter in the Irish market

We’re currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Recruiter to join our team and take over a key recruitment role focused on the Irish market. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone located within the EU who is eager to grow their career in international recruitment.

 

🔹 About the Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles in the manufacturing and technical sectors across Ireland. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates, identifying top talent, ensuring an excellent match, and contributing to business growth.

 

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of successful job placements, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of their recruitment projects.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in the Irish market (primarily manufacturing and technical roles)
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and effective communication throughout the process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Irish labour market and relevant recruitment trends

 

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

  • Based in the EU (essential for time zone alignment and collaboration)
  • Fluent in English (advanced level – both spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, or technical roles
  • A strong track record of successful job placements
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage your own workload
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills
  • A commercial mindset – able to understand business needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies
