⚫️ Requirements:

🐾 Fluency in English with B2 proficiency in both speaking and writing.

🐾 Experience with lead generation and international sales of software services (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.).

🐾 Experience with outreach automation tools (LinkedIn, Crunchbase etc.).

🐾 Knowledge in CRM systems (HubSpot).

🐾 1+ Years of experience.

🐾 Proficient in exporting 3D models and scenes into web-compatible formats (GLTF);

🐾 A minimum of 3 years of practical experience 3D motion designing in a professional setting;

🐾 Advanced knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator;

🐾 Strong proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, scenes, and animation, evidenced by a robust portfolio;

🐾 Skilled in video editing and post-production using tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro;

🐾 Knowledgeable about 3D graphics optimization techniques;

Your main responsibility will be to create user-friendly and intuitive designs that seamlessly combine aesthetics and functionality.

⚫️About the project:

The project aims to create an AI-driven web application that strengthens the security and access control functions of surveillance systems. The objective is to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface that communicates complex data in an accessible and visually compelling way. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating designs that blend aesthetic appeal with practical value.

⚫️Functions and Responsibilities:

🐾 Participating in customer Discovery processes and analysis to gain insights into user needs and preferences;

🐾 Creating User Flows, Personas, and Information Architecture to inform the design process;

🐾 Developing Wireframes and UI kits to shape the visual aspects of products;

🐾 Translating designs into Figma prototypes with interactive elements, smart animations, and UI transitions;

🐾 Engaging in design consultations and providing advisory services to both internal teams and external clients;

🐾 Maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.

⚫️Requirements:

🐾 2+ years of experience with product projects;

🐾 A solid knowledge of UI design principles and techniques;

🐾 A well-developed sense of empathy and the ability to identify and understand the target audience the design is created for;

🐾 Experience in working with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator — required);
