WHAT YOUβLL DO
- Organize the work of a team of SEO specialists: assign and monitor tasks, track workload, and ensure the necessary resources are available.
- Handle human resource management of the SEO team: evaluate and grade specialists, track performance. Identify a personβs strengths and weaknesses, form PDPs, and provide direct training.
- Take responsibility for collecting and monitoring team metrics (KPIs).
- Decompose the goals set by the Head of Direction into an action plan for the team to ensure organic growth of projects.
- Work alongside SEO specialists on each project to prepare and coordinate the implementation of SEO strategies.
- Plan and oversee the SEO budget.
- Conduct competitor analysis to form SEO strategies and make effective decisions.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to discover new ways of attracting traffic and propose methods for improving the CTR of existing traffic.
- Form hypotheses and monitor testing, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends, derive insights, and implement best practices.
- Develop crisis action plans (sudden algorithm updates, significant traffic drops, etc.).
- Recruit and manage freelance resources for the team when necessary.
- Launch new projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Experience in leading a team of SEO specialists, both in task management and human resource management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to break down goals into actionable tasks for the team.
- Experience in conducting in-depth market and niche analyses, with proficiency in relevant analytical tools.
- Experience in iGaming or a strong understanding of this niche is a plus.
- Proven experience in promoting large-scale projects.
- Data-driven approach to developing comprehensive SEO strategies, along with successful case studies.
- Experience in highly competitive Tier 1 markets.
- Experience in building websites from scratch with a focus on SEO, understanding the entire βwebsite as a projectβ development cycle.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Experience with unconventional link-building methods (acquiring links in places where others could not).
- Experience solving complex SEO challenges (negative impacts from search updates, project stagnation, etc.).
- History of regularly conducting SEO experiments with successful results.
- Experience in process automation.
