• Take a leading part in the development of native Android mobile apps with the ability to distribute them to the Apple Store.
• Write clean, modularized code to build product features.
• Complete proposed initiatives, contributing application architecture and implementation guidance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Organize the work of a team of SEO specialists: assign and monitor tasks, track workload, and ensure the necessary resources are available.
• Handle human resource management of the SEO team: evaluate and grade specialists, track performance. Identify a person’s strengths and weaknesses, form PDPs, and provide direct training.
• Take responsibility for collecting and monitoring team metrics (KPIs).
• Decompose the goals set by the Head of Direction into an action plan for the team to ensure organic growth of projects.
• Work alongside SEO specialists on each project to prepare and coordinate the implementation of SEO strategies.
• Plan and oversee the SEO budget.
• Conduct competitor analysis to form SEO strategies and make effective decisions.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to discover new ways of attracting traffic and propose methods for improving the CTR of existing traffic.
• Form hypotheses and monitor testing, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends, derive insights, and implement best practices.
