User Acquisition Manager (AI Products) Offline

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Meta performance campaigns, with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta.
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, LTV, and unit economics.
- Run A/B and split tests across creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends and insights, and scale winning approaches.
- Create clear and detailed tasks for photo/video designers and manage execution.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
- Conduct competitor analysis and generate growth hypotheses.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook Ads) campaigns.
- Strong experience working with CPA, ROAS, LTV, budgeting, and performance analytics.
- Experience with W2W, W2A, AEM, CAPI + Pixel optimization.
- Proven experience with A/B and split testing of creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience creating briefs and tasks for designers and managing creative production.
- Experience building and managing auto-rules and campaign automation.
- English level: Upper Intermediate+.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tableau, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Birch.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling $50K+ daily ad spend.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multiple UA channels: TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest.
- Proven experience launching campaigns from scratch and scaling with lean budgets.
- Understanding of performance marketing changes after iOS 14.5+.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, analytics, or a related field.
