About us and the role:

We are IGaming company operating across multiple GEOs with an active affiliate base already generating qualified FTD volume every month.

We are hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to help take the affiliate channel from strong to dominant.

This is a revenue ownership role for someone who already knows the affiliate market, has an active network, understands traffic economics, and can scale quality volume without sacrificing margin.

You will not be judged by how many partners you talk to.

You will be judged by the quality of traffic, the strength of unit economics, and the revenue contribution you create.

What you will do:

Partner acquisition and growth

• Source, onboard, reactivate, and scale high-value affiliates from your own network and the wider market
• Build and deepen relationships across the traffic landscape: streamers, KOLs, X/Twitter influencers, Telegram and Discord communities, SEO affiliates, PPC affiliates, media buyers, and programmatic media buying teams
• Expand the active partner portfolio across priority GEOs and high-value traffic segments

KPI and funnel ownership

• Own the full affiliate funnel: click -> reg -> first deposit -> second deposit -> ROI
• Monitor and improve source-level performance across every stage of the funnel
• Analyze traffic quality, retention quality, and revenue contribution by partner
• Work closely with product, design, CRM, BI, and finance teams to improve conversion quality and player value

Creative performance

• Work with internal teams and partners on creatives, promo angles, landing pages, and positioning
• Drive creative testing and optimization focused on commercial performance, not vanity metrics
• Identify when poor creative execution is limiting an otherwise strong traffic source and fix it fast

Commercial strategy and deal execution

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Sub-affiliate, and custom commercial structures
• Set rates, caps, KPIs, traffic conditions, and commercial protections
• Build deal structures that reward quality and long-term value rather than low-grade volume
• Balance partner motivation with margin discipline

Anti-fraud and traffic quality

• Monitor partner traffic daily for specific abuse patterns including motivated traffic, multi-accounting, self-deposit schemes, bonus abuse, fake engagement, and source manipulation
• Work with internal fraud and BI teams to identify wallet, behavioral, and conversion anomalies early
• Strengthen and operationalize anti-fraud processes at the affiliate level
• Cut bad traffic fast before it damages unit economics

Technical operations

• Manage tracking links, postbacks, S2S callbacks, promo setups, and reporting flows
• Work confidently with trackers such as Affise, Scaleo, Alanbase, or in-house systems
• Use competitive intelligence tools such as SEMrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, HUMBL, PartnerMatrix, and Blask to benchmark affiliates, validate traffic opportunities, and support commercial decisions
• Run partner reconciliations accurately and on time

Conference presence

• Attend and work major industry events including SiGMA, iGB Affiliate, SBC, AffPapa, ICE, and Token2049
• Turn meetings, introductions, and networking into signed deals and scalable partnerships
• Stay current on market rates, partner reputation, competitor moves, and emerging traffic sources

Who you are:

Non-negotiable

• 2+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience in IGaming, Web3 and other related niches
• Active network of affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and traffic partners you can realistically activate
• Strong command of affiliate economics and source-level performance management
• Deep understanding of anti-fraud and the ability to identify manipulated traffic early
• Strong understanding of how creatives influence acquisition quality and commercial outcomes
• Confident negotiator with strong commercial instinct
• Hands-on with tracking, postbacks, attribution, and partner integrations
• English B2+ written and spoken
• Comfortable operating in a fast, performance-led environment with direct ownership of results

Strong plus:

• Relationships with top streamers, KOLs, X/Twitter influencers, Telegram and Discord communities, SEO partners, PPC affiliates, and programmatic media buying teams
• Hands-on experience with Affise, Scaleo, Alanbase, SEMrush, Similarweb, Ahrefs, HUMBL, PartnerMatrix, and Blask
• Proven experience scaling affiliate program in competitive international GEOs
• Strong understanding of VIP acquisition, whale-quality traffic, and high-value player behavior
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi

Compensation:

Strong affiliate talent should be paid like revenue talent.

• Base salary: €2,500-4,500 net/month depending on seniority, network strength, and proven commercial value
• Performance bonus: tied to qualified FTD volume, traffic quality, and revenue contribution - uncapped
• Strong performers should see clear upside beyond base through a transparent performance model

We are a dynamically developing iGaming company operating in international markets. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Growth Manager/Product Marketing Manager (PMM) responsible for driving key performance indicators, marketing strategy, product positioning, and traffic generation.

Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition
- Development and implementation of a growth strategy to attract new players;
- Management of digital traffic channels (paid and non-paid);
- Optimization of marketing budgets and campaign ROI;
- Analysis of user funnels and identification of growth points;
- Conducting A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and scaling successful mechanics.

Product Marketing
- Developing product positioning and unique propositions;
- Generating and developing hypotheses for product mechanics aimed at increasing player acquisition, activation, and retention;
- Preparing recommendations for the product team on implementing marketing and product mechanics;
- Analyzing user behavior and transforming insights into product requirements and growth initiatives;
- Participating in the development and validation of product hypotheses in collaboration with Product, CRM, and Analytics. Assessing the impact of product changes on key metrics (CR, Retention, ARPU, LTV);
- Transforming product insights into marketing communications and creatives;
- Audience segmentation and targeting for different markets;
- Preparing campaign materials (landing pages, ad creatives, UGC content);
- Coordinating creatives, designers, and agencies.
 

Analytics & Reporting
- Marketing campaign effectiveness analysis;
- Preparation of regular reports for C-level managers;
- KPI monitoring, budget forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Close collaboration with product, CRM, analytics, and UX teams.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Growth Manager / Product Marketing / PMM in iGaming or related digital products;
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics: traffic → activation → retention → monetization;
- Practical experience launching advertising campaigns: performance, social, RTB, affiliate;
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery/SQL;
- Experience with CRM/CDP/push/email marketing is an advantage;
- Skills in A/B testing and data management;
- Proficient English (B2+);
- Ability to adapt strategy to business goals and markets;
- Communication with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders;
- Task prioritization and time management;
- Proactive and growth-oriented.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming marketing;
- Knowledge of the Scandinavian market (Sweden, etc.) will be a big plus;
- Knowledge of the nuances of iGaming advertising and regional regulations;
- Understanding of UX/CRO at the landing page optimization level;
- Experience in team or project management.

Буде плюсом:
- Базове знання HTML/CSS для самостійного редагування лендінгів та "чистки" коду від зайвих скриптів;
- Навички роботи з графічними редакторами (Photoshop, Canva) для створення банерів та іконок для Push-повідомлень;
- Рівень англійської B1+ для ефективної комунікації з особистими менеджерами рекламних мереж та розуміння зарубіжних форумів; - Наявність успішних прикладів (кейсів).

Обов'язки:
- Повний цикл запуску рекламних кампаній у вказаних джерелах;
- Відсікання неефективних майданчиків, тестування нових підходів та масштабування профітних зв'язок;
- Пошук та тестування нових прелендінгів та креативів;
- Комунікація з верстальниками та технічними спеціалістами щодо інтеграції лендінгів, коректної роботи скриптів та швидкості завантаження сторінок;
- Виконання встановлених планів по об’єму трафіку та досягнення цілей;
- Ведення щоденної статистики та аналіз результатів.
