Our current products are Art-Gen, our flagship AI image and video generator, and UnGPT, a humanizer, plagiarism checker, and grammar checker.
 

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager to own paid social growth from day one. We already have a production team, advanced funnel builder, Meta analytics and attribution set up, plus several months of ad account and creative testing history. Your role is to analyze what we have, find patterns, and scale the channel with the team.


Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns focused on CPA and ROAS
• Analyze existing ad account data, creatives, funnels, and performance history
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, placements, funnels, and offers
• Build and test growth hypotheses based on data
• Analyze LTV, ARPPU, ARPU, churn, retention, CPA, and ROAS
• Manage and scale budgets across Tier 1 GEOs
• Work with the creative team to brief, test, and scale creatives
• Help shape marketing strategy with the team
• Test new channels such as TikTok, AppLovin, and others
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience managing $500k+ monthly budgets per product
• 2+ years with subscription-based B2C products
• Strong focus on CPA and ROAS
• Experience scaling in Tier 1 markets
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, ARPPU, LTV, churn, and retention
• Experience with GA, Looker Studio, GTM, and Sheets
• Ability to analyze creatives, funnels, attribution, and user behavior
• High ownership, accountability, and result-driven mindset
