We’re a small team of 12+ people across engineering, product and customer-facing roles, building an AI platform that processes millions of customer conversations across voice and chat.

The role
We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead who wants to stay close to the code while taking ownership of architecture, technical quality and a small engineering team.
You’ll work with 2–3 engineers, help them grow, review their work, solve complex technical problems and shape how we build the product.
This is not a purely managerial role. You’ll continue writing and shipping production code.
What you’ll work on
→ Python / FastAPI backend services processing millions of conversations daily
→ AI-powered features including transcription, sentiment analysis and LLM-based summaries
→ Real-time analytics with Vue 3 / TypeScript / WebSockets
→ Scalable infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes, Celery, Redis and OpenSearch
→ Integrations with CRM and contact-center platforms such as Zendesk, Genesys and Vicidial
What we’re looking for
Must have:
→ 5+ years of production engineering experience
→ Strong Python + FastAPI background
→ Experience with technical architecture and ownership of engineering decisions
→ Experience leading, mentoring or managing engineers
→ Comfortable staying hands-on with production code
→ Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
→ Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
→ Strong English communication skills
Nice to have:
→ Vue / TypeScript
→ Kubernetes / AWS / GCP
→ Celery / Redis / PostgreSQL / OpenSearch
→ LLM, AI or speech-processing experience
