Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

We develop solutions that help media buyers, affiliate teams, and performance marketing businesses run and scale their advertising operations.

We're looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to drive commercial growth, align revenue-generating teams, and build a scalable revenue strategy across our business lines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a unified revenue strategy across our products.
• Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Lead and optimize B2B sales processes, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
• Drive customer growth through cross-selling, upselling, and improved customer lifetime value.
• Align Sales, Marketing, and Account Management around shared revenue goals and KPIs.
• Continuously monitor commercial performance, adapt strategies and priorities, and proactively identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role (CRO, CCO, VP of Sales, Commercial Director, Head of Revenue, or similar).
• Strong background in B2B sales and revenue growth, preferably within FinTech, AdTech, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and building high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• English at B2+ level.

A strong advantage:

• Experience with fintech, or affiliate infrastructure.
• Established network within the affiliate marketing and media buying industry.
• Experience managing multiple products or revenue streams.
