Requirements
— 1+ year of proven experience in IT sourcing or lead generation.
— Strong command of deep search and outreach strategies beyond LinkedIn (GitHub, Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
— Hands-on experience working with ATS, CRM, and AI tools.
— Ability to effectively manage talent pipelines and segment candidate pools.
— Experience sourcing for Web3, Crypto, or Tech profiles will be a strong plus.
— English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
— Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
— Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for high-priority roles.
— Utilize alternative and niche sourcing channels (GitHub, Discord, Telegram, Twitter, online communities, etc.) to identify top talent.
— Develop tailored outreach strategies per role and target audience.
— Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate handover process.
— Leverage ATS, CRM, and AI tools to streamline sourcing workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
— Continuously research and map talent markets, tracking sourcing funnel metrics to improve search efficiency.
