Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing or lead generation (1.5+ years minimum).
- Strong command of outreach strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, email, Discord, etc.).
- Familiarity with technical profiles and/or experience sourcing in IT or Web3 is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS, CRM and AI tools.
- Ability to manage talent pipelines and segment candidate pools effectively.
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain active pipelines for high-priority roles and complex specializations (Web3, blockchain, crypto focus).
- Develop tailored outreach strategies per role and audience.
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handover.
- Expand sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn: direct search via platforms like GitHub, Twitter, niche communities.
- Track and report on sourcing funnel metrics.
- Continuously research and map niche talent markets.
