About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

The mandatory requirements are 1+ year of recruiting experience or a similar client-facing role, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and an advanced English level.

Must haves

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
• A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.

Nice to haves

• Experience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar.

What you will do

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.
