We hire for high performance and hold a high bar. We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who wants to help us raise it. You’ll join our People & Performance team. Your job is to find, engage and nurture passive talent across IT, sales, cloud architecture and technical consulting. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to map niche markets and build the pipelines our growth depends on.
What You’ll Do
- Source proactively. Find technical and non-technical talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search, communities, job platforms and other creative channels.
- Build pipelines. Map target markets across EMEA, generate qualified lead lists, and keep pipelines warm for recurring and critical roles.
- Engage candidates. Write personalized outreach that makes great people want to talk to us.
- Pre-qualify. Run short screening calls against each role’s scorecard to assess skills, motivation and culture fit.
- Activate referrals. Generate warm leads through our employee referral program and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring teams. Refine candidate personas with recruiters and hiring managers, adjust sourcing strategy, and share market intelligence.
Keep data clean. Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools in our ATS.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience, in an agency or in-house, ideally in IT or SaaS
- Strong command of Boolean search, LinkedIn and creative sourcing channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of high outreach response rates
- Experience with modern ATS and CRM tools and recruiting workflows
- A results-driven, resourceful mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
Professional working proficiency in English, Ukrainian. Polish are a strong plus.
