What you will do

• Analyze anti-fraud and payment performance metrics, including Approval Rate for card transactions, decline statistics, and their impact on business processes
• Identify, analyze, and investigate root causes of transaction declines during the authorization stage
• Work with large-scale datasets (Big Data) to detect trends, anomalies, and fraud-related patterns
• Apply statistical analysis techniques and build clear, actionable data visualizations for stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, risk, and operations teams to improve payment and anti-fraud flows

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve pipelines for ingesting and understanding technical documents (regulations + project docs)
• Implement retrieval + answer-generation flows (data prep, chunking, indexing, ranking, grounding with sources)
• Improve answer quality via evaluation and measurable metrics (accuracy, relevance, hallucination rate)
• Collaborate with engineering on product integration (including desktop workflow constraints when relevant)

• Experience working with regulatory/standards-heavy documentation

We are building a proprietary intelligence platform focused on alternative asset classes. The research team is responsible for maintaining current, high-quality market intelligence through structured analysis, primary research, and direct engagement with organizations.

This is a fully research-driven, external-facing analyst role with real responsibility for insight quality and data integrity.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth research on organizations operating in alternative asset classes
• Identify and validate:
  • Active investment mandates
  • Strategy focus and allocation preferences
  • Meaningful organizational or mandate changes
• Review and approve self-reported information submitted by organizations
• Proactively reach out to firms to confirm, clarify, or expand on insights
• Ask precise, well-structured questions to obtain actionable information
• Maintain clear research notes, context, and approval rationale
• Continuously monitor updates and surface material changes

• Detect inconsistencies, outdated information, and duplicates
• Maintain structured datasets with clear validation logic
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously raise data quality standards

• Advanced LinkedIn research experience (org mapping, role validation)

• Comfortable working with structured datasets and quality checks
• Able to make judgment calls based on incomplete or conflicting information
