We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Lead who will help turn complex data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the company’s omnichannel business, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, and Target.

In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Finance teams to understand business performance, identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, provide senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations, and build scalable analytical systems using modern AI-powered tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze marketplace, retail, and DTC performance to identify key drivers of growth, decline, and profitability
• Analyze Shopify growth and customer acquisition performance driven by Meta Ads, and partner with the Marketing team to connect Meta Ads performance with Shopify sales and customer data to identify campaigns and acquisition strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth
• Conduct in-depth analysis of TikTok Shop performance, including key growth, conversion, and profitability drivers
• Analyze performance across key e-commerce and retail channels
• Support retail and marketplace performance tracking, planning, and forecasting
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support business decision-making
• Build and improve analytical systems and workflows using AI tools, reducing manual work and accelerating insight generation
• Actively use Claude and other AI assistants for data exploration, SQL development, analytical workflows, research, documentation, and automation
• Explore opportunities to apply AI and machine learning approaches to forecasting, customer segmentation, anomaly detection, customer behavior analysis, and other business use cases
• Translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations

• Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership

   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or a related industry
• Strong proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • Power BI or other BI systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Strong interest in using AI tools to improve analytical productivity, automate workflows, and build scalable analytics solutions
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design and maintain robust data infrastructure across our systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and integrating third-party data sources. Your primary focus will be to enable efficient data flow and support analytical capabilities across the organization. You will also contribute to the development of our data architecture, implement best engineering practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Data Engineering
• Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture and principles
• Hands-on experience designing data warehouses and building ETL pipelines
• Deep practical experience with Python
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: data processing using PySpark, Apache Spark, Pandas, or similar frameworks; data scraping; integration of third-party data sources and APIs
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Hands-on experience with column-oriented databases such ClickHouse, Snowflake, Cassandra, BigQuery (many tables with millions of records and above each)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Intermediate English proficiency

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and backend systems. You’ll build and operate event-driven data pipelines, maintain real-time processing systems, and ensure data quality across high-volume transactional workflows. You’ll also build backend services that expose data to internal platforms and APIs, so teams across the company can consume it.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with Python, SQL, ClickHouse, Airflow, and dbt within an event-driven architecture. Must-haves: 

At least 3 years of experience developing BI solutions using the Microsoft stack. Expertise in DAX: complex measures, calculation contexts, time intelligence, and optimization.

Experience developing SSAS Tabular models (or Power BI Premium datasets): model design, partitioning, processing configuration, and RLS; tools—Tabular Editor, SSDT/Visual Studio, DAX Studio.

Experience with Power BI Report Server (on-premises): 

publishing, connections, and limitations relative to the cloud version. Power Query (M) and Power BI report creation. 

SQL: complex queries and transformations, window functions, optimization. Understanding of DWH concepts: star schema, facts/measures, SCD, incremental loads.  

Nice to have: Experience implementing financial calculations: 

cost allocations, PnL, FTP, cascading/iterative distributions. DBT, GreenPlum. 

Experience configuring Excel as a client for SSAS (pivot tables, cube functions). 

MS SQL MDS (using reference tables in calculations).

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, reverse engineering, and systems reliability, and is critical to delivering accurate, timely, and trustworthy data at scale. Our client is a leader in adopting coding with AI tools. The role is ideal for someone who believes in agentic coding and would like to improve their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain large-scale Python scraping systems that operate reliably against Google and other highly defended websites
- Build scrapers for dynamic, JavaScript-heavy pages using browser automation and hybrid approaches
- Continuously adapt to changes in page structure, request flows, and anti-automation mechanisms
- Engineer robust extraction pipelines that prioritise data accuracy, consistency, and observability
- Implement proxy, fingerprinting, and request-routing strategies to maximise stability and throughput
- Monitor scrape health, detect failures early, and rapidly debug production issues
- Optimise performance, cost, and latency across scraping infrastructure
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure scraped data is usable and trusted
- Document scraping logic and operational runbooks for long-term maintainability

Requirements:
- Professional experience with Python (or another main language, i.e. GoLang, Rust, JavaScript) including production-grade scraping systems
- Experience scraping Google or similarly protected platforms
- Understanding of HTTP, TLS, cookies, headers, redirects, and browser networking behaviour
- Experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, or equivalent browser automation frameworks
- Knowledge of HTML parsing, DOM traversal, and data extraction techniques
- Experience handling rate limiting, CAPTCHA, IP rotation, and bot detection systems
- Comfortable working with asynchronous and concurrent scraping architectures
- Experience running scrapers at scale in cloud environments
- Debugging skills and ability to reason about complex failure modes
- Experience with headless browser fingerprinting and anti-bot evasion techniques
