What you will do

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL/Apache Spark (AWS Glue) and Airflow.
• Model and optimize data in Amazon Redshift and query large datasets via Amazon Athena.
• Write advanced SQL to transform raw data into clean, joinable, analysis-ready tables.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability for business stakeholders.

As a Data & AI Project Leader, you will bridge strategy and execution. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering modern data platforms and AI-powered products while working closely with clients and internal experts to translate ideas into scalable, production-grade solutions.

You will combine technical leadership, project delivery, and client collaboration to drive successful data and AI initiatives from concept to operation.

Your daily tasks will include

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects. Guide projects from discovery and solution design through implementation and production rollout, ensuring quality, reliability, and business impact.
• Bridge business goals with technical solutions. Work with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable data architectures and AI-driven capabilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Lead collaboration between data engineers, AI engineers, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Shape the technical direction of projects. Contribute to architecture decisions across data platforms, analytics environments, and AI/ML systems.
• Drive project planning and delivery excellence. Manage scope, priorities, timelines, and risks while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Enable scalable data and AI capabilities. Support the design and implementation of modern data platforms, ML pipelines, and AI services deployed in cloud environments.
• Contribute to pre-sales and solution design. Participate in discovery workshops, technical scoping, and proposal development for new Data & AI initiatives.
• Promote engineering best practices. Ensure high standards for architecture, documentation, security, data governance, and operational excellence.

• Mentor and grow teams. Guide engineers and project members, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

   

What will make you succeed in this role

• Experience leading Data or AI projects. 5+ years working with data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems, including experience coordinating teams or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures. Knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, lakehouse/warehouse architectures, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystems. Understanding of ML workflows, model lifecycle management, and modern AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agents.
• Cloud and platform experience. Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data/AI technologies such as Databricks, MLflow, Airflow, or similar ecosystems.
• Delivery and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate complex initiatives, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration mindset. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and enjoy enabling others to succeed.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies. Interest in exploring new developments in AI, data engineering, and cloud technologies.
• Fluent English. Additional languages (such as German) are a plus.

We are looking for a Computer Vision / C++ Engineer to join our team and work on real-world computer vision systems.

Responsibilities:
 

- Develop and maintain computer vision solutions in C++;

- Work with geometric computer vision (projective and epipolar geometry);

- Implement classical CV algorithms (demosaicing, tracking, optical flow, color calibration, image enhancement);

- Fine-tune existing deep learning models (e.g. YOLO) and train custom models using PyTorch;

- Deploy DL models in C++ using inference runtimes (ONNX Runtime, OpenCV DNN or similar);

- Implement model output decoding and post-processing;

- Develop camera-related software;

- Write efficient multi-threaded code.

Requirements:
 

- Strong C++ skills;

- Solid background in computer vision;

- Practical experience with deep learning for CV and PyTorch;

- Experience with deploying models to C++ applications and inference runtimes;

-Experience with multi-threaded programming and camera systems.

We're looking for a cracked Senior Data Science Analyst who loves to build. Someone who owns problems end to end, sits with clients, untangles the mess, and carries the work all the way to something live.
