We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst who will take ownership of product analytics and turn data into actionable business insights.

This role combines hands-on data analysis with strong product thinking, focusing on user behavior, product performance, hypothesis validation, and measurable business impact.
 

Job Description:

• Analyze user behavior across key product funnels: registration, deposit, betting activity, withdrawals, bonuses, and retention;
• Monitor key product KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, session activity, user engagement, and revenue;
• Prepare product and business reports to identify which features, mechanics, or user flows drive engagement and revenue;
• Validate product hypotheses and help define the analytical approach to evaluate their impact;
• Analyze A/B tests and experiments, evaluate results, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations;
• Segment users and analyze cohorts by behavior, value, lifecycle stage, activity level, VIP potential, or risk patterns to support product and CRM decisions;
• Investigate drops or anomalies in product and business metrics and identify possible reasons behind changes;
• Independently structure analytical tasks, clarify business questions, define success metrics, and choose the right analytical approach;
• Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti-Fraud, and other business teams to translate analytical findings into product and business recommendations.
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics within a B2C product as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Marketing Analyst;
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
• Understanding of product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, engagement, revenue, deposits, or user activity;
• Experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, hypothesis validation, or A/B testing;
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, CRM, marketing, anti-fraud, business, and technical teams;
• Ability to clarify business requests, ask relevant questions, and structure analytical tasks;
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with readiness to work in a dynamic product environment;
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken) for internal communication.

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge, AI-ready data platforms from the ground up? We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering Team and lead high-impact, greenfield initiatives.

You will work on building modern cloud-native data platforms, migrating on-premises legacy systems to the cloud, and laying the architectural foundation for AI-ready data infrastructure.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product teams, serving as a key technical contributor and thought leader. You will also drive R&D efforts around agentic AI architectures, event-driven systems, and LLM-ready data pipelines — turning architectural concepts into production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms from greenfield to production
• Implement near-real-time ingestion pipelines using event-driven patterns
• Define and enforce platform standards, including Data Lake / Lakehouse principles, medallion architecture, and data contracts
• Refactor and optimise existing Spark and PySpark scripts for performance and maintainability
• Introduce best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD across data pipelines
• Drive adoption of AI tooling and agentic workflows within the data engineering team
• Ensure data quality, observability, and reliability across all pipelines and platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python and SQL development skills for pipeline development and optimisation
• Proficiency in Apache Spark / PySpark, including query optimisation and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (preferred) or Snowflake
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Experience with stream processing technologies (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming)
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data modelling (dimensional, Data Vault), and data warehousing
• Experience with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent)

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with experience analyzing website data. Our data analyst team analyzes everything on our website, not only for their immediate use but also for how they connect to high-level company KPIs. Our Analysts analyze raw data, not only pre-aggregated data, to extract just the right information and diagnose what is happening on our site.

The role requires understanding web development and how data is gathered, analysis of site usage and a/b tests, data visualization, and how different kinds of data can be presented most clearly, and business KPIs and how they are measured.

But more than that, we’re looking for experienced analysts who can bring us new ideas about how to analyze and extract insights from website data. Our ideal candidates have measured KPIs that we haven’t measured or used new ways to explain user retention, or analyzed features of users' data that we haven’t analyzed.

What You'll Do

• Analyzing the behavior of users on our site and apps:

-Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.

-Answer questions about site usage or user behavior based on deeper analyses.

• Analyze and track high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, e-mail and notification usage, and more.
• Communicate with business stakeholders on analysis results, how they relate to business, and what business suggestions result from the analysis.
• Run the whole data flow for site and app features, from defining KPIs, specifying data collection for development team implementation, and building and maintaining iterative versions of dashboards with both low-level and high-level views of collected data.
• Split tests of product features:

-Design a test with clear success criteria

-Monitor test integrity

-Analyze results and give recommendations

-Use segmentation and clear cohort analysis to validate significant conclusions

-Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a B2C website-related Data Analyst position
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex and efficient analytical queries
• Demonstrated experience with working in English directly with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and explaining results
• Understanding of website development and operations and how they connect to data gathered.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling
