What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on measurement and signal engineering — ensuring Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms receive accurate, timely, and high-quality conversion signals. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and ad platform representatives to improve campaign measurement and optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with Marketing and ad network representatives to improve conversion signals, assess product and ad platform changes, and investigate signal-related performance drops.
• Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
• New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing
• Pixel & GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties and implement pixels and conversion events for ad networks.
• Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
• UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
• Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.

• Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing datasets

   

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, ad tech, or tracking
• Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware querying, data quality checks) and experience working with large data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) — Tableau is our primary BI tool
• Proven experience partnering with performance marketing / UA stakeholders and communicating insights to non-technical audiences
• Understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and conversion setup
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics
• Understanding of GDPR-compliant tracking approaches

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written + spoken)

• Understanding of mobile attribution & tracking, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN), and experience with an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.

Role Overview

As a Senior ML Engineer at NineTwoThree AI Studio, you will sit at the intersection of production-grade software engineering, advanced natural language processing, and client delivery. We build custom, high-impact AI systems for brands and startups across diverse industries (such as healthcare, logistics, and fintech).

Instead of siloed academic research, this role demands a product-minded builder. You will design, optimize, and deploy robust LLM applications, custom predictive analytics, and agentic workflows directly into our clients' software ecosystems, taking absolute ownership of features from prototype to production.

Technology Stack

• Core Frameworks & Arch: Transformer models, modern LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.), Open-Source LLMs.
• Orchestration & Agentic Design: Experience designing LLM workflows, agentic systems, or retrieval pipelines using frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent approaches.
• Data & Search: Vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant, etc.), SQL, and data engineering pipelines.

• LLM & Generative AI Mastery: In-depth understanding of modern LLM architectures, context window mechanics, semantic search techniques, and the limitations of generative systems. Ability to identify when a deterministic solution is preferable to an LLM or agent-based solution.
• Production experience: Experience building and operating production AI systems, including monitoring, evaluation, debugging, and iterative improvement.
• Evaluation experience: Understanding of evaluation methodologies for LLM-based systems, including retrieval quality, hallucination detection, and task-specific performance measurement. Ability to reason about tradeoffs between quality, latency, cost, reliability, and engineering complexity.
