Responsibilities:- Source and recruit candidates for Product / UX/UI Designer positions (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, etc.).
- Conduct screening calls and interviews.
- Evaluate portfolios and relevant experience.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and keep track of statuses (pool → screening → interview → offer).
Contribute to improving HR processes (onboarding, adaptation).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in IT/digital.
- Understanding of UX/UI product design and portfolio evaluation — or readiness to quickly learn this area.
- English — Upper-Intermediate+: job postings, communication, and candidate checks are in English.
- Experience working with LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU etc.
- Experience with recruitment success metrics and focus on results.
Self-organization, ability to work remotely, and proactivity: willingness to suggest and implement improvements.

- Prepare and maintain management reporting for company leadership.
