Upwork is on of our highest-intent channel, and we are looking for a fully remote Lead Generation Manager to own it end to end: the profiles, the bidding, the chats, and the conversion into booked calls.

What you'll do

• Own our Upwork presence: profile positioning, job selection, and daily bidding
• Write and continuously optimise tailored proposals - we measure the reply rate, not the send count
• Run and tune GigRadar: build the filters, watch what converts, and keep improving them
• Handle client chats through to a booked discovery call, and hand each lead to Sales with full context
• Run LinkedIn outreach alongside Upwork, so every lead gets a timely, personal reply - including the ones who say no
• Keep Zoho CRM accurate and current, with tasks set and closed on time
• Submit a daily report covering activity, insight, and anything you changed in the system

• Test new approaches, AI tooling included, and bring what works to the team - the channel should be better in three months than you found it

   

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in lead generation, with hands-on Upwork bidding experience
• Confident written and spoken English from B2 upwards - you will be writing proposals and running client chats unsupervised. German is a plus
• Comfortable with a bidding automation tool; GigRadar experience is a strong plus, and we will train you if you have used something similar
• You already use AI in your work - for research, drafting, or spotting patterns - or you are genuinely keen to learn. We are not looking for a prompt engineer; we are looking for someone who reaches for the tool instead of doing it the slow way
• SEO or digital marketing knowledge is a plus - you will be selling it, and understanding what we actually do makes proposals land. We will teach you the rest
• You write clearly and persuasively, and you can handle an objection in a chat without escalating
• Organised and self-directed, with a genuine interest in improving a channel rather than just working it

• Quiet remote setup and a reliable connection; we work within European time zones and use a time tracker
