We are looking for a Business development Trainee / Junior Sales Representative. (why this naming it too long? because me as recruiter need to target all possible keywords hehe) 
 

We are happy to welcome someone who is at the beginning of their sales career. You might be a student, a recent graduate, or simply someone who wants to switch into B2B sales. If you have some sales exprience or at least courses - it's a good base for start, also we are much more interested in your mindset, willingness to learn.
 

It will be great if you:

• are interested in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Communication
• have a strong analytical mind (nowdays using your brain is much more important than using AI)
• enjoy communicating with people and building relationships, also at the same time you keep clear communication.
• are organized and reliable: if you say you'll do something, you actually do it
• have good written and spoken English
• are curious and not afraid to learn something new every day

It will be a big plus (but definitely not required) if you are familiar with:

• Upwork
• LinkedIn
• CRM systems
• Gigradar
   

During first 2 weeks in our team you will have very structured onboarding. We have step-by-step training materials, documented processes, real examples, and continuous support from the team, so you'll always understand what you're doing and why.

This position can be either full-time or part-time (approximately 6 hours/day). The schedule and cooperation format can be discussed individually.
 

What will you do after training?

Many of our lead generation processes are already automated, so your role will be to monitor their performance, improve results where needed, communicate with incoming prospects, qualify leads, and guide them toward the first sales call.

As you grow, you'll gradually learn how our sales process works, prepare for client meetings, participate in calls, and eventually conduct your own sales conversations.
