What you'll do

• Build and run the ROIcamp Telegram channel: rubrics, a content plan, and a steady cadence with no filler.
• Pull substance out of the team through buyer interviews, analyst numbers, and stories from the farm department, the team that prepares and maintains advertising accounts, then package it into posts people finish reading.
• Own LinkedIn: the company page, employer brand, and content aimed at partners and advertisers.
• Distribute without spam through deals with niche channels, cross-posts, and community participation on each community's own terms.
• Promote open roles by reshaping them into social formats and delivering applications you can trace through UTM.
• Track our presence across engagement, clicks, and brand mentions, and summarize it in a monthly snapshot with conclusions.
• Commission visuals from the creative department by setting the task for a designer.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years in SMM, including at least one channel you grew yourself, with before and after numbers.

What you'll do
