Affiliate Manager

ROIcamp is a media buying team that works exclusively with the dating vertical. The parent company has been building and monetizing dating products since 2011; the team is 40+ people and fully remote. We buy traffic on Meta, Google, TikTok, push and native placements, and we measure ourselves on paying users rather than on leads.

About the role

The buying team has sent dating traffic mostly to in-house products since 2011, but no internal offer covers every GEO equally well. That is why we maintain an external portfolio of 15–30 active offers from direct advertisers and networks. Every one of them has to be found, negotiated and kept in check by somebody, and in this role that somebody is you.

This is a procurement position rather than a sales one: there is nothing to sell here, and the work is negotiating the best possible terms for our traffic and catching every percent of discrepancy in the statistics. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

What you'll do

• Scout dating offers and networks for our GEOs and sources, prioritizing direct advertisers over intermediaries.
• Negotiate commercial terms: rates, volume bumps, private deals, exclusives and test caps.
• Launch integrations together with the tech team, including postbacks and the passing of click → registration → subscription → rebill funnel events (rebill is the recurring charge on a renewed subscription).
• Reconcile statistics every week, comparing our tracker against the partner's dashboard to catch shaving and payout delays early.
• Balance caps and traffic distribution across offers together with the buyers and the analytics team.
• Maintain a market map showing who pays what in each GEO and where CPL/PPS/RevShare rates are heading.
• Grow your professional network at industry conferences, with attendance funded by the company.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years as an affiliate manager or media buyer in dating or an adjacent vertical.
• A working command of the CPL/PPS/RevShare models and the ability to model an offer's unit economics before connecting it.
• Strong negotiation skills, so that securing a rate bump is part of your routine rather than an exception.
• Written English at B2 or above, sufficient for daily correspondence with networks and advertisers.
• Rigor with numbers: you catch a 3% discrepancy yourself, well before accounting finds it at month-end.

Nice to have

• Existing contacts at dating networks and direct advertisers.
• Hands-on tracker experience with Keitaro or Binom at the postback and macro level.
• An understanding of SOI/DOI registrations and how traffic quality varies by source.

As the portfolio grows, the direction will spin off into a standalone partnerships vertical, and you can head it. That means your own team of managers and a share of the whole branch's turnover.

Compensation

$1,000–1,800 base plus a percentage of turnover on the offers you connected, calculated by an open formula. The better the terms you secure and the more stable the offers, the larger the bonus. Payouts are made on a fixed date.

Hiring process

A 30-minute screening call, an interview with the Head of Media Buying, and a negotiation case review, followed by an offer. The full cycle takes up to 7 business days.
