About client

Client builds and operates GPU cloud infrastructure at the scale modern AI demands. We run dense accelerated-compute clusters on bare metal, powered by NVIDIA and AMD accelerators and K8s, stitched together with high-performance Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics, and we deliver them to customers as reliable, secure, high-throughput platforms. We are scaling rapidly across new data center sites, and the infrastructure team sits at the center of that growth, building the systems that turn racks of hardware into a product customers depend on.

The role

We are hiring a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to build the foundation of our greenfield v2 cloud platform: the bare-metal provisioning and control-plane substrate that turn new racks of GPU hardware into reliable, secure, customer-ready capacity.This is a build-focused, hands-on role and the most senior individual contributor on the platform build. You will own the recommendation and the call on the infrastructure layer (we’re currently in POC across different vendors) and the build-vs-buy decision that goes with it, with our Cloud Platform Architect pressure-testing it. You will drive integration across the other domains and define how infrastructure is templated, multi-tenanted, and handed to customers. You will define the architecture and the standards the rest of the team builds to, while still being deep in the code yourself. Day-to-day operations are not your focus, getting the platform designed and built right is.

You will work at the center of new cluster and new-site buildouts, partnering closely with our network, SRE, and security engineers. They own the fabric and day-to-day operations; you own getting the platform built right. Because the systems you design become the foundation customer GPU workloads run on, getting the architecture and automation right the first time matters more here than almost anywhere.

What you’ll own

• Platform architecture and technical direction: own the architecture of the cloud platform control plane and orchestration layer for new GPU clusters, making the foundational decisions and setting the technical standards the rest of the platform is built on.

• Bare-metal provisioning automation: build the automated pipeline that takes a node from rack-and-stack handoff to a fully configured, real acceptance gates before a node is marked customer-ready, firmware to the qualified recipe, GPU burn-in, NCCL/RCC runs, and fabric checks, plus a golden-image build-and-qualify pipeline in CI repeatedly across sites and at scale.

• Infrastructure as code and automation: treat the platform as code from day one. Build the Terraform and Ansible that provision, configure, and validate the platform, so the build is reproducible rather than hand-assembled.

• Control-plane substrate: build the control plane that turns provisioned bare metal into cluster-ready capacity, and own the clean handoff to the Kubernetes layer. You own tenant isolation at the network and hardware layer; the Kubernetes and namespace isolation model belongs to the Principal Kubernetes Platform Engineer.

• DPU and SmartNIC integration: design how we leverage BlueField DPUs in the platform, offload, provisioning, isolation, and the SuperNIC/DPU-mode configurations that let us get the most out of the hardware.

• Platform reliability by design. Build observability, guardrails, and progressive-rollout mechanisms into the platform from the start. As you build it and design to our SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA obligation.

• Security Built-in: instrument the platform as you build it and design to our SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA obligations. Vault-based secrets model from the start. BIOS and system prep for trusted domain execution, secure boot, and backend-fabric hardening.

• Confidential-compute-ready platform (growth area): Design the tenancy and scheduling so it fits our confidential-compute roadmap: whole-GPU per tenant, and TDX with GPU passthrough. Deep CC background is a plus, not a requirement.

• New site buildouts: take a critical role in standing up the platform at new data center sites, turning green-field facilities into production capacity.

• Technical leadership: set patterns, review designs, and raise the engineering bar across the infrastructure team multiplying the impact of other engineers and mentoring senior ICs, without becoming a people manager.

What we’re looking for

Required

• 10+ years building production infrastructure at scale, including deep green-field and platform-build experience, for cloud, hosting, or high-performance compute environments.

• A track record of setting technical direction on complex platforms, architecture others adopt, standards others follow, and influence that extends well beyond your own keyboard.

• Strong Linux systems fundamentals, you can reason about the kernel, networking stack, storage, and performance, not just the command line.

• Fluency in infrastructure as code and automation: Terraform, Ansible, and a real programming language used to build durable platform tooling, not just one-off scripts.

• Production Kubernetes experience: building, deploying, and operating clusters and the platform services that run on them.

• Experience with GPU and accelerated-compute infrastructure across NVIDIA and AMD, including ROCm and firmware lifecycle, or HPC/AI infrastructure.

• Bare-metal provisioning at scale (Redfish/BMC automation, NetBox or a similar source of truth).

• Experience standing up cloud-platform control-plane stacks in a green-field setting.

• Networking depth, BGP, VLANs, fabric concepts, and the ability to debug connectivity and throughput issues. You won’t own the network, but the more fluently you can partner with our network engineers, the better.

• Familiarity with high-performance fabrics: RoCE Ethernet / InfiniBand.

Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. Featured in Inc. 5000, team of 40+ people, own warehouses in the US.

We're actively expanding into new product categories, testing new ideas, and building the product team that will take us there. There's real room here — new brands, new lines — and we have the budget and appetite to explore them.

Content is one of our core growth levers — and right now it needs a dedicated owner.

The Role

This is a strategic and creative role. You'll own how our brand looks and feels — on Amazon, on our website, on social. Everywhere, consistently strong.

But it starts with understanding our customer. Who they are, what they care about, what makes them stop scrolling and decide to buy. You'll build the content strategy around that insight — and make sure every asset, from a listing infographic to a lifestyle shoot, speaks directly to them.

You'll set the visual direction, establish brand standards, organize photo and video shoots, and lead the design team — not just manage their tasks, but elevate the quality of everything they produce.

This isn't execution support. This is the person who builds the content function and owns the result.

What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Vision

• Define our customer portrait and build a content strategy around it — what we show, how we show it, what we never show
• Develop and maintain a unified visual brand standard: tone of voice, color rules, scene guidelines, content formats
• Build and maintain a reference library: strong/weak content examples, scene rules, color standards
• Sync with PM on content priorities for product launches across Amazon, Shopify, and other channels

Content Production

• Write structured, detailed briefs for designers — format, references, copy, visual direction — clear enough to execute without follow-up questions
• Develop copy for infographics: key benefits, product features, USPs
• Gather references and define the visual concept before any work begins
• Own the full content cycle: brief → design review → feedback → final delivery
• Plan designer workload proactively so deadlines don't turn into fire drills

Photo & Video Production

• Plan and coordinate product photo and video shoots — both remote and on-location
• Prepare shoot briefs: moodboards, references, scene setups, props, lighting direction, and shot lists
• Source and coordinate studios, photographers, models, and animals for lifestyle shoots
• Art-direct shoots remotely or in person — ensuring output meets listing and brand standards
• Build a consistent pipeline of live content (photo and video) alongside AI-generated visuals

Quality Control

• Ensure visual consistency across listings, banners, PDP, A+ content and social
• Catch color accuracy issues — fabrics need to look right on screen
• Flag inconsistencies between banner and PDP images before they cause returns
• Maintain scene and setting standards — know which contexts work for our product and which don't

Team Leadership

• Be the creative lead designers come to with questions — give structured feedback that helps them grow, not just fixes the asset
• Build a culture of ownership within the creative team

What We're Looking For

Must have

• 4–6+ years in content production, creative direction, or brand content management
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce content: Shopify PDP, banners, marketplace infographics; Amazon listings and A+ content
• Experience organizing photo and video shoots — from brief to final result
• Art direction experience or visual leadership on product shoots
• Proven ability to write detailed creative briefs that designers can execute independently
• Experience managing or coordinating a design team
• Strong visual thinking — you can articulate why something works or doesn't, not just feel it
• Understanding of color accuracy and working with textile products
• Figma (user level), Asana / Trello / Notion

Nice to have

• Background in home goods, textiles, furniture, or lifestyle products
• Copywriting skills for short product-facing texts
• Familiarity with Amazon listing structure — understanding how content elements (title, bullets, images, A+) work together

The Opportunity

Ground-Floor B2B Role — You Build It From Zero

This is not a role where you inherit an existing account book. You'll be the person who defines our B2B channel.

That means full ownership: you choose the approach, build the pipeline, and shape how Mamma Mia Covers shows up in the U.S. hospitality market.
 

Your Target Market

Your primary focus: independent and boutique hotels, motels, and small hotel chains across the United States.

Ideal client profile:

• 2–4 star properties: family-owned hotels, boutique hotels, motels, small chains
• 20–150 rooms; nightly rates in the $70–$150 range
• Facing the need to refresh guest rooms or common areas without the budget for full renovation
• Open to fast, cost-effective, visually appealing solutions that extend furniture life
  
  What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and build a target list of U.S. hotels matching the ICP — using LinkedIn, Google, hotel directories, and your own network
• Initiate cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — reaching GMs, Purchasing Managers, and Operations Directors
• Qualify prospects and move them through the pipeline with a consultative approach

Sales & Deal Management

• Run the full B2B sales cycle from first contact through signed contract
• Prepare and lead online presentations and product demos (Zoom / Google Meet)
• Build customized commercial proposals, pricing, and delivery terms
• Handle objections confidently and close deals using value-based selling

Account Development

• Build long-term relationships with clients — follow up, identify new needs, drive repeat orders
• Develop upsell opportunities across the product line

Pipeline & Reporting

• Maintain clean, up-to-date records in CRM — every contact, stage, and note
• Track and report on KPIs: outreach volume, conversion rates, pipeline value, closed revenue

Strategy & Collaboration

• Contribute insights on what the market needs — pricing feedback, product gaps, positioning ideas
• Work with marketing on materials, lead gen support, and messaging
• Coordinate with logistics and operations on order fulfillment and delivery timelines

What We're Looking For
Must-Have

• Native or near-native English speaker — you'll be cold-calling hotel owners and GMs; language and cultural fluency are non-negotiable
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market, with a track record of closed deals
• Experience selling a physical product in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to do cold outreach — emails, calls, LinkedIn — and convert them to meetings and deals
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; you keep the pipeline clean and current
• Self-directed and motivated — this is a zero-to-one role; you won't have a playbook handed to you

What gives you an edge:

• Experience in hospitality supply, hotel FF&E, linen/textile B2B, or facility supply — you know how hotel purchasing works
• Existing network of GMs, Purchasing Managers, or Operations Directors in U.S. hospitality

Your First 90 Days

Day 1–30

Onboarding: product deep-dive, ICP definition, tool setup. Research and build a prospect list of target hotels with contacts.

Day 31–60

Launch outreach: 10+ active campaigns, minimum 3 qualified meetings scheduled. First commercial proposals sent.

Day 61–90

First qualified deal in pipeline at proposal stage or beyond. Active CRM with 20+ tracked accounts. Feedback report on market response.

What We Offer

Compensation

•  Base: $2,500 / month — stable, paid on time, every time.
•  OTE: $60,000–$80,000 / year for a strong performer hitting quarterly targets.

Commission structure:

• 15% on first-time deals (calculated on net profit)
• 5% on repeat/renewal orders from the same account
• Accelerator: exceed quarterly quota by 20%+ → rate increases to 1.5x for that quarter
