Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for — Senior User Acquisition Manager

What you’ll work with:

• Performance & SEO: driving paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels) while scaling SEO as a long-term organic growth lever
• Marketing funnels: building funnels from scratch, optimizing existing ones, identifying drop-off points, and scaling what performs best
• Creatives & offers: generating, testing, and iterating on messaging, value propositions, and creative hypotheses
• Landing pages & website (CRO): improving structure, offers, triggers, copy, CTAs, and UX to increase conversion rates
• A/B testing: planning and running experiments, documenting results, drawing insights, and scaling winning tests
• Analytics & KPIs: working with CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics to turn data into actionable growth decisions
• Competitive research: ongoing analysis of competitors’ creatives, funnels, offers, and strategies to uncover growth opportunities
• Product collaboration: working closely with the product team on website and landing page improvements, launches, and experiments

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience driving traffic in a B2B niche (performance channels, funnel setup and optimization, continuous A/B testing)
• Strong understanding of funnel and revenue metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and how to improve them through experimentation
• System thinking combined with a hands-on approach: from building funnels to optimizing and scaling them
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in hypothesis-driven growth: launching experiments quickly, documenting results, and scaling what works

What you'll do

• Produce 100–120 finished video ad creatives per month (~25-30/week) for Meta and TikTok using AI tools (Seedance, Veo, Kling, Runway) and CapCut.
• Work from approved briefs and master prompts - execute, iterate, refine.
• Edit, add subtitles, sound, polish - until each asset is ready for launch.
• Catch brief inconsistencies before production starts and ask clarifying questions.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data we share with you.
• Participate in weekly async retros: what worked, what didn't, what to improve.
   

 Who we're looking for

• 1+ year producing video ad creatives at volume for Meta / TikTok / YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI video tool: Seedance, Veo, Kling, Runway, or Pika.
• Strong CapCut skills - your primary editing tool for fast turnaround.
• Bonus: After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve for occasional premium pieces.
• Comfortable working from a structured brief - not a "give me freedom to create" mindset.
• Throughput discipline: consistent 25–30 finished assets per week, no fade-outs after week 2.
• Comfort with async work: Notion, Loom, written communication. No "let's hop on a call" reflex.
• English: B1+ written.
• Bonus: you naturally ask "why this angle?" or "what won last week?" - curious about strategy, not just craft.

 Compensation: $500-$900/month base (depends on the quantity ad creatives) + performance bonuses for breakthrough creatives.
