About the role

ROIcamp has driven traffic to its own dating products since 2011, and buyers need dozens of creative variations every week: fresh copy, new first frames, resizes, versions for different GEOs. A creative is a single advertising unit, an image or video with its copy; a GEO is the country or region a campaign targets.

Those variations are the school itself: every layout you touch reports its own numbers, CTR, the share of people who click the ad, and CVR, the share of them who convert. You do not wait for an opinion: the tracker, the system that records clicks and conversions per creative, shows which of twenty versions actually spent budget. A Creative Producer works alongside you, setting briefs, catching mistakes early, and going through your results each week.

At the start the work is mostly variations on mechanics that already perform: new copy on statics, placement resizes, and localizations. Your own concepts come with experience.

What you'll do

• Build variations of working creatives from briefs: new copy on statics, alternative video first frames, colors, and composition.
• Resize creatives for Meta and TikTok placements, including stories, feed, and Reels, without losing the point of the layout.
• Adapt creatives for Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs together with localization, changing the copy, the face, and the context.
• Handle simple editing tasks such as subtitles, cutaways, and trimming UGC footage, meaning video shot to look like an ordinary user's rather than a studio's.
• Generate images with AI tools. We teach this from zero and the company pays for the subscriptions.
• Keep the creative library in order through consistent naming and versioning, so anyone finds the right file in a minute.
• Join the weekly review of numbers: which of your variations performed, which did not, and what follows.

Requirements

• A portfolio in any form, whether study work, course projects, or personal experiments. The main criterion is neatness.
• Confident Figma skills: components, auto-layout, and a steady pace.
• Deadline discipline, because a 24–48 hour pipeline does not wait for inspiration.
• Readiness to judge your own work by numbers rather than by likes in a feed.

• Keep records for every account: current status, age, action history, and batch number.
• Hand finished accounts over to buyers and collect feedback on how long they lasted and what caused the ban.
• Propose playbook changes when you notice a repeating pattern in the bans.

Requirements

• No prior experience in the vertical is required. We train from scratch using playbooks, and the base salary is paid throughout the training period.

• 1.5+ years as an affiliate manager or media buyer in dating or an adjacent vertical.
• A working command of the CPL/PPS/RevShare models and the ability to model an offer's unit economics before connecting it.
• Strong negotiation skills, so that securing a rate bump is part of your routine rather than an exception.

• Own the team's campaign portfolio: test priorities, stop-or-scale decisions, consumables control inside the bonus formula.
• Keep a steady rhythm: daily 15-minute syncs, weekly numbers reviews with each buyer, and a monthly cut for the Head.
• Keep the hypothesis, brief and creative loop within 24–48 hours, and escalate blockers when it slips.
• Work with farming under an SLA covering account requests, priorities between buyers and reserves for ban waves.
• Guard traffic quality with the analyst across the click → registration → activation → subscription → rebill funnel (rebill is the recurring charge on a renewed subscription), measured per buyer, not per team.
• Develop people: our farmer-to-buyer track is live, and you will train part of your team yourself.

What sets this apart from a typical SEO lead role is KPI depth. We measure the direction in paying users rather than positions or sessions, because our BI shows the whole funnel from a SERP click through to the rebill, the recurring charge a subscriber pays after the first payment. You report to the Head of Media Buying.

That cuts both ways. You will never justify SEO in abstractions: showing how many subscriptions the portfolio delivered last quarter is enough. Equally, a session-growth chart will not carry an argument, because the buyers next to you have their traffic counted to the cent. You start with 1–2 specialists; copywriters, localizers, and technical support are already in place.

What you'll do

• Shape the portfolio strategy from scratch: how many sites, in which GEOs, around which clusters, and in what order.
• Hire and develop SEO specialists. We pick the first 1–2 together, after which the team is yours.
• Install the processes: sprints, audits, reporting, quality standards for content and links.
• Defend a quarterly budget with numbers and manage it across content, link building, domains, and tooling.
• Hold KPIs all the way to paying users, tracking organic traffic through registrations to subscriptions per site in BI.
• Balance risk across the portfolio: which sites we build white-hat for the long haul, where we test aggressive tactics, and what we lose if a bet fails.
• Partner with the tech lead on speed, indexation, and infrastructure, and with the creative team on content and localization.
