Responsibilities:

• Actively attract and onboard affiliate partners (SEO webmasters, buying teams).
• Work with inbound leads from media and marketing campaigns.
• Independently source new partners via cold outreach (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct calls, demos, and presentations of affiliate offers.
• Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA rates, GEOs, payment conditions).
• Manage partners through the full cycle: first contact → agreement → launch.
• Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems.
• Follow up with partners across all funnel stages.
• Analyze personal performance and improve outreach approaches.

Your role

As Territory Sales Manager (Ukraine), you are the sole owner of our client’s commercial success in Ukraine. This is a hybrid “Hunter-Farmer” role with a strong emphasis on new business. You are responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing new deals, while acting as the official face of our client in the region and managing existing commercial relationships.

You will navigate a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles (3–6 months), working directly with military units, volunteers, and the Ministry of Defence. You operate with a high degree of autonomy and are accountable for the entire commercial landscape in Ukraine: from winning new contracts to ensuring existing customers grow with our client.

Your responsibilities will include

Full-Cycle Closing: Identifying prospects, conducting discovery, demonstrating value, negotiating terms, and signing contracts independently.

Local Representation: Acting as our client’s official representative in Ukraine; building and maintaining trust with government bodies, industry partners, and the defence community to secure long-term market position.

Account Management: Managing and expanding existing commercial accounts. You are responsible for renewals, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upsells within the current client base.

Revenue Accountability: Delivering on a specific revenue quota (targeting €1.5—2.5M) through a mix of new business acquisition and account expansion.

Active Prospecting: Aggressively building your own pipeline through local networks, military contacts, and field presence.

Commercial Negotiation: Structuring pricing and contracts within pre-approved authority limits to ensure speed of execution.

Combat Validation: Gathering and leveraging operational feedback from existing users to strengthen the value proposition for future sales.

Reporting: Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting in the CRM to ensure visibility for headquarters.

What we expect from you

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of self-closed deals.
• Balanced skillset: Strong “Hunter” DNA to close new business, combined with “Farmer” skills to manage key accounts and represent the brand professionally.
• Deep understanding of the Ukrainian defence landscape, including procurement processes for Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence, and volunteer organizations.
• Closing DNA: Ability to drive urgency, overcome objections, and get contracts signed without constant management intervention.
• Autonomy: Comfortable operating as the sole commercial representative in the territory, managing your own time and priorities.
• Cooperation: Working with our client’s Business Development team and senior management on new leads and deal closures.

We are seeking a Middle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation for our product offerings (AI agents and SaaS). This role owns the full sales development cycle, from lead creation through SQL delivery, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events. The SDR will also support pre-sales activities, including qualification and participation in sales calls when needed.

Твоя місія - проводити Zoom-зустрічі з потенційними клієнтами  та допомога обрати правильний формат навчання, який змінює майбутнє.

🎯Що потрібно буде робити?

• Проводити Zoom-діагностики (4–5 в день)
• Спілкуватися з батьками та підлітками одночасно
• Презентувати  наші навчальні продукти
• Вести комунікацію в CRM 
• Виконувати план продажів і надавати фідбек команді
• Опрацьовувати заперечення

Хто наш талант?

• Має досвід у продажах онлайн або офлайн (освіта/послуги — буде плюсом)
• Володіє чіткою та впевненою мовою
• Вміє працювати із запереченнями, знає етапи продажу
• Розуміє принципи конверсії / воронки / аналітики
• Має впевнений інтернет, тишу, гарнітуру і стабільність онлайн
• Досвід роботи з CRM  — буде плюсом

Команда WTS шукає Sales Manager для розвитку сервісу з продажу квитків на європейському ринку.

WTS — це сучасний сервіс для продажу квитків на події (ticketing platform), який активно розвивається та масштабується як стартап-продукт. Ми працюємо з організаторами подій, культурними проєктами, концертними майданчиками та іншими бізнесами, які продають квитки через власні сайти.

Ми шукаємо людину, яка зможе професійно презентувати продукт, пояснювати його переваги та допомагати клієнтам переходити на нашу платформу.

Що потрібно буде робити

• Презентувати сервіс WTS потенційним клієнтам (онлайн-демо, дзвінки, зустрічі)
• Активно шукати та залучати нових B2B-клієнтів у Європі
• Вести повний цикл продажу: від першого контакту до підписання договору
• Аналізувати потреби клієнтів та пропонувати релевантні рішення
• Брати участь у формуванні комерційних пропозицій та цінових стратегій
• Передавати зворотний зв’язок від клієнтів команді продукту
   

Ми очікуємо

• Досвід у B2B-продажах (SaaS або IT буде перевагою)
• Вільне володіння українською, російською та англійською (B2) мовами
• Досвід проведення онлайн-презентацій та переговорів
• Розуміння digital-продуктів та онлайн-сервісів
• Самостійність, відповідальність та орієнтація на результат

• Досвід роботи з івент-ринком або квитковими сервісами
