We're looking for a recruiter who has placed seniors and C-Level, not just screened them.

What you'll own:
Full-cycle recruiting across both staffing and recruitment pipelines — sourcing, qualifying, managing candidates through client interviews, closing. No hand-holding. You run your desk.

What we need:

• 5+ years in IT recruitment with closed roles in the US, Canada, or Ukraine
• Experience in both contractor staffing and permanent placement — you know the difference and can switch gears
• Proven track record placing senior profiles: AI/ML engineers, software developers, delivery managers, QA leads
• C1+ English — direct calls with US and Canadian hiring managers
• Active LinkedIn Recruiter license — non-negotiable
• ATS discipline and KPI accountability
• You close. Not just submit.

Engagement:
Part-time or per-project. Hours-based compensation plus placement bonus.
