Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a Sourcer
• Experience sourcing for High-risk / iGaming roles
• Confident LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Understanding of recruitment basics and hiring processes
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other platforms)
• Initial outreach and communication with candidates
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Supporting recruiters with ongoing vacancies
