- Apply predictive modeling and causal inference thinking to identify what truly drives player engagement.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, FE teams, and Operators to ensure CMS usability across markets.
- Facilitate transparent communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present roadmap progress and product metrics clearly to leadership, demonstrating value and business impact.
