As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting smooth project execution by maintaining documentation and trackers, coordinating cross team communication, organizing meetings, gathering requirements, managing updates and follow ups, and proactively resolving or escalating workflow and information gaps across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities:

 • Maintain and update project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and deliverables.

 • Support day-to-day project execution through task monitoring, deadline management, and follow-ups.

 • Organize recurring project meetings, capture action items, and distribute summaries.

 • Coordinate communication between managers, engineers, onboarding teams, support teams, and vendors.

 • Support creation, distribution, and management of documentation and project plans.

 • Ensure internal stakeholders receive timely updates on action items and issues.

 • Follow established project management processes and escalate workflow/documentation gaps.

Requirements:

 • English level – C1 or higher

 • 1+ years of experience as a junior project coordinator/project manager in software companies.

 • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication with vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

 • Ability to work with project tracking systems, maintain accurate documentation, and support creation of project plans and technical/project artifacts.

 • Experience coordinating with engineering teams to gather technical requirements and clarify blockers.

 • Solid understanding of web development or software development processes (SDLC, onboarding flows, requirement gathering).

 • Strong organizational skills for schedule management, tracking updates, maintaining follow‑ups, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.

 • Ability to gather project requirements, contribute inputs for SOW preparation, and support requirement clarification loops.

 • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks without prompting.

Position Overview

The Technical MES Project Manager is responsible for coordinating assessments, managing stakeholders, and leading technical evaluation activities within MES environments such as PAS‑X, Rockwell FactoryTalk, and FactoryTalk PharmaSuite. Міжнародна компанія з виробництвом і головним офісом в Україні (м. Одеса) шукає Project manager для впровадження IT-продуктів. Домен: елеваторний бізнес, зберігання та переробка агрокультур.

 Продукти:

• Система автоматизованого керування елеваторним бізнесом.
• Система автоматизованого обліку транспорту.

• Система дистанційного автоматизованого керування технологічними процесами елеватора (промислова автоматизація).

   

Обов’язки:

Впровадження IT-продуктів:

1. Розробка та узгодження плану впровадження з клієнтом.
2. Підготовка документації для впровадження.
3. Проведення навчання співробітників клієнта.
4. Забезпечення супроводу клієнта після впровадження, збирання зворотного зв’язку.

Проєктний менеджмент:

1. Планування, координація та контроль виконання впроваджувальних проєктів.
2. Використання інструментів управління проєктами (YouTrack).

Аналіз бізнес-процесів клієнта:

1. Виявлення потреб клієнта, адаптація продукту до специфіки їхнього бізнесу.

Керівник проектів (PM для ІТ-проектів у BIM середовищі)

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Закінчена вища освіта (бажано фінанси, економіка, маркетинг, кібернетика).
• Наявність уявлення про контекстну рекламу та оптимізацію сайтів під вимоги пошукових систем.
• Досвід роботи як акаунт-менеджер або Project Manager від 2 років (у маркетинг або digital агенції).
• Аналітичне мислення.
• Сильні презентаційні, комунікаційні навички.
• Стресостійкість, здатність працювати зі складними ситуаціями/клієнтами, навички роботи з запереченнями.
• Грамотність, уміння чітко формулювати свої думки як усно, так і письмово.

• Підтримка та розвиток довгострокових відносин з клієнтами по поточним проєктам.

• Контроль досягнення KPI’s за проєктами.
