About the role 

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of product initiatives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end product development cycles from concept to launch

• Strong technical literacy – ability to understand web applications, software architecture, APIs, and the software development lifecycle

Qualifications and Skills:
 

• 3+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience working with and delivering robotic systems, preferably UAS.

About the Role

The PMO Lead plays a key role in shaping how projects are delivered across BotsCrew. This position goes beyond project oversight — it’s about building systems that ensure predictability, excellence, and growth.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery and company leadership to establish and maintain standards, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a team of Project Managers towards consistent delivery success.

Your mission: ensure that every project delivers high-quality outcomes that contribute to our business goals, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and fostering motivated, high-performing teams.

PMO Lead Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, delivery strategy, and long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor delivery performance using key metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive predictability, continuous improvement, and informed decision-making.
• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and reporting between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, reducing silos and improving transparency.
• Conduct process assessments and project retrospectives, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across delivery teams.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers, fostering professional growth, leadership readiness, and adherence to best delivery practices.
• Directly manage Project Managers, including hiring, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, 1:1s, and day-to-day support.
• Optimize human capital utilization, ensuring balanced workloads and effective resource allocation across the portfolio, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage portfolio-level risks by proactively identifying and mitigating blockers to safeguard delivery outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications 

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within a tech service-based environment.
• Proven experience leading PMs or Delivery teams.
• Extensive project management experience across various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and contract models (fixed price, time&material, dedicated teams).
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with project crisis management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting delivery KPIs, improving delivery performance, and driving measurable company-wide impact.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level stakeholders;
• Strategic mindset and ability to balance operational detail with high-level vision.
• Proven track record of values-driven leadership, acting with integrity, honesty, and fairness in complex situations. 
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience in scaling delivery operations or implementing PMO frameworks from scratch.
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or Lean methodologies.
• Certification in Program or Portfolio Management (PfMP, PgMP).

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions within a service-oriented department. The role includes delivering new systems from scratch, modernizing existing platforms, integrating services, and ensuring stable operations across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project life cycle: requirements discovery, planning, delivery, testing, rollout, and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of ERP, CRM platforms, Power Platform solutions, and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, technical experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: roadmaps, schedules, risk registers, scope descriptions, budgets, and status reports.
• Oversee integrations, data flows, and technical design alignment with business objectives.
• Drive updates and modernization of existing systems, including analysis of improvement needs and planning of incremental releases.

• Facilitate change management by running demos, workshops, and communication sessions, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across business units.

   

Required Competencies:

• Experience managing IT implementation projects (ERP, CRM, Power Platform, custom enterprise solutions).
• Understanding of SDLC, integration principles, APIs, data migration, and application architectures.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to structure complex information, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics implementation or large-scale CRM rollouts.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar low-code platforms.
• Background in enterprise-level IT environments or complex service organizations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Monday, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
