    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Product & Website Ownership
    β€’ Own the Shopify roadmap including themes, PDPs, checkout,

    β€’ Manage backlog, releases, and ongoing improvements.

    Funnel & Conversion Optimization
    β€’ Optimize product pages (PDPs), checkout, post-purchase flows,
    upsells, downsells, and landing pages.
    β€’ Run A/B tests across layouts, copy, bundles, and offers.
    β€’ Align product experience with traffic sources in collaboration with
    marketing and creative teams.

    Cross-Functional Execution
    β€’ Coordinate Shopify developers, designers, creative strategists,
    email/retention marketers, and SEO & paid media teams.
    β€’ Ensure clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery across all
    initiatives.

    Analytics & Decision-Making
    β€’ Track key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-offs,
    and feature performance.
    β€’ Work with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar / Clarity (or similar tools).


    Founder Support & Scaling
    β€’ Act as the founder’s right hand in product and execution.
    β€’ Proactively propose improvements and new initiatives.
    β€’ Prepare the product for scale: new SKUs, bundles, subscriptions,
    and international expansion.

    EXPERIENCE

    β€’ 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or
    E-commerce PM.
    β€’ Strong background in Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
    β€’ Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing
    teams.
    β€’ Hands-on exposure to CRO, paid traffic, and SEO-driven
    products.

    The Role

    We're seeking an ambitious Product Manager to build the future of instant cross-border settlement and stablecoin payments. You'll leverage blockchain infrastructure to fundamentally reimagine how money moves across borders, designing products that enable businesses to transact using digital currencies for treasury optimization and instant settlement.

    This role combines deep fintech/crypto expertise with hands-on product ownershipβ€”you'll define strategy, work directly with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that offer measurably faster settlement and lower costs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and communicate product strategy and roadmap for stablecoin payments, treasury, and yield-bearing products
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in digital assets
    • Work directly with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver value frequently
    • Spend time with customers to discover ideas, validate solutions, identify improvements
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, treasury, operations, marketing, and sales
    • Create and manage roadmaps aligned with business goals
    • Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact
    • Monitor product performance using quantitative and qualitative insights
    • Educate stakeholders on strategic value of stablecoins and blockchain advantages
    • Assess new protocols, issuers, and infrastructure for partnership decisions

     


    Must-Have Requirements

    Experience:

    • 5-8+ years in product management
    • 3+ years building fintech products, with 2+ years specifically in crypto/stablecoin space (exchanges, payment products, payment acquiring)
    • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital payment products

    Fintech & Crypto Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystem: protocols, players, business models (centralized and DeFi)
    • Knowledge of blockchain technology: different blockchain setups, consensus mechanisms
    • Understanding of traditional payment protocols: SEPA, Faster Payments, ACH, SWIFT
    • Knowledge of card acquiring: main players, business processes, mechanics

    Technical & Integration Knowledge:

    • How neobanks and payment systems work from integration side
    • Experience with custody solutions and security policies
    • Understanding of crypto liquidity: exchanges, market/limit orders, liquidity partners
    • Knowledge of stablecoin issuer partnerships
    • Familiarity with KYC/KYB systems and integration

    Regulatory & Compliance:

    • Understanding of regulatory requirements: MiCA, VARA, MAS, MSB licenses
    • Product, tech, and compliance implications of digital asset regulations
    • Risk management frameworks for stablecoin operations

    Product Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with user flow design and testing
    • Familiarity with technical development and integration processes
    • Ability to work closely with engineers on technical solutions
    • Data-driven approach to product decisions
    • Strong stakeholder management (clients, finance, risk, legal)

    AI & Automation:

    • Hands-on experience with latest AI models (OpenAI, Google)
    • Experience with no-code automation solutions

    Soft Skills:

    • Driven to own product roadmap fully
    • Love getting into details and understanding product mechanics
    • Comfortable working with complex, cross-functional teams
    • Problem-solving in innovative ways

    We’re creating a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets (Polygon as the primary network). We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can also do UI/UX - someone who can define the product, design the experience, and drive delivery with the engineering team.

    This is a role for someone independent, fast, and detail-oriented, who wants real ownership.
     

    What you’ll do

    • Own the product end-to-end: strategy β†’ scope β†’ UX/UI β†’ specs β†’ delivery β†’ iteration.
    • Turn business goals into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
    • Design and ship key workflows:
      • multi-tenant onboarding (real-estate companies)
      • asset / token creation & management
      • investor onboarding flows (KYC-ready UX if applicable)
      • investment / checkout UX and transaction status flows
      • admin dashboards (assets, investors, docs, approvals, payouts)
      • roles/permissions UX
    • Write clear product specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, empty/error states.
