About the role
You'll take full ownership of Payment Orchestration - the flagship product at the core of how Solidgate helps clients move money.

At the center sits the Payment Router: the system where each client decides where, and in what priority, to route their payments, and which capabilities to apply. You'll also grow the systems around it that let clients run the full routing lifecycle - creating connector accounts, configuring routing, testing and analytics, monitoring and support.

Your north star: maximize each client's GMV and margin uplift while minimizing the time and effort they spend setting it up and keeping it running.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. Most of your time goes into shipping inside a genuinely deep, detail-heavy domain, with a meaningful slice reserved for shaping where the product goes next.

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the delivery of our wallet and payments capabilities. You'll work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to build and launch core fintech products, taking them from idea to first live customer.
 

Responsibility

• Own wallet integration into the Prime platform, including native UX, sub-accounts, and accounting separation.
• Lead third-party payment features, including Virtual IBANs, SEPA outgoing payments, address book, and beneficiary whitelisting.
• Write clear product specs, define APIs, and work hands-on with engineers throughout delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep delivery on track and bring the first client live end-to-end.
• Ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements across the UK and EU.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background.

• Experience analyzing product usage, user behavior, activation, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Strong experience with product analytics platforms and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
• Experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and translating data into business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth metrics and experimentation.
• Experience working with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to improve product adoption.
• Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling skills.

We're looking for an L&D Manager to build the learning and development function at True Group from the ground up. There is no existing LMS, no structured onboarding tracks, no co-funding process — you'll design and launch all of it, then own it long-term.

This is a role for someone who believes that learning is a business driver, not an HR add-on. You'll work closely with HR Operations, team leads and managers across all our structure to identify what people need to grow — and then build the infrastructure and programmes to make it happen.
