Responsibilities

• Refactor a single-agent prototype into a multi-agent architecture (orchestrator + specialized agents).
• Design orchestration logic, agent communication, and state/session management.
• Implement guardrails (prompt-injection protection, output validation).
• Integrate external APIs with resilient error handling.
• Optimize performance and latency (<2–4 seconds).
• Implement monitoring, telemetry, and observability for production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust API design and integration.

Job requirements

• Strong experience with LLM systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Proficient in Python, including FastAPI, async programming, and Pydantic.
• Experience with function calling and JSON schema outputs.
• Strong API design skills and integration experience.
• Experience in Azure environment: AI Foundry, Key Vault, Managed Identity, monitoring.
• Solid experience in system architecture and production deployment.
• English: conversational; German: A2 comprehension.

Nice to Have:

• MCP certification or relevant Azure certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines for machine learning workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and model lifecycle management.
• Manage and optimize ML infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Engineering teams to productionize ML models.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and performance of ML systems in production.
• Maintain best practices for model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.

Job requirements

Must-Have:

• Senior-level experience in Machine Learning / MLOps engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • scikit-learn
• Experience with MLOps platforms/tools such as:
  • MLflow
  • Kubeflow
  • TFX or similar
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
  • Jenkins
  • GitLab CI
  • CircleCI
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
• Experience deploying and managing ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

You will work with Product and Delivery Managers and with Designers to influence the final shape of ideas before you bring them to reality. The client use the following stack but they are always open to change if a better solution is presented !

• Framework & Language: NestJS, TypeScript, Express, PHP + Symfony

• State & Data: Zod

• QA & Deploy: Biome, GitLab CI

• Lifecycle: Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Discover), GitLab, Figma

Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript and

any framework (Nest, Next, etc.)

• Collaboration skills and team mindset

• Experience working with task & lifecycle management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with AI assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, etc..)

Bonus Skills++

• PHP experience (Symfony, Laravel)

• Cloud experience with AWS

• CI/CD pipelines knowledge

• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices
