Job Description

As a Product Manager on our AI Assistant team, you’ll define and execute product strategy for our products — the Platform, the Builder and our own AI assistant, Clippy. You’ll work on making AI capabilities accessible to non-technical teams and collaborate across departments to drive innovation and adoption.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Drive the evolution of our internal AI assistant creation tools, making complex AI capabilities accessible to both non-technical and technical users
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to identify and prioritize AI assistant use cases
• Lead Clippy AI assistant end‑to‑end: build, test, and monitor in production; run experiments and ship iterative improvements with engineering support
• Define and operationalize best practices for building and evaluating assistants — turning them into productized capabilities (templates, workflows etc.)
• Keep ahead of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• A fast learner with a strong technical understanding
• Business insight and the ability to align product development with company goals and user value
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly

Nice to have:

• Experience shipping platform products, internal tools, developer tools, or workflow/builder products
• Experience building products that enable non-technical users to leverage complex technologies
• Familiarity with AI/LLM product patterns (prompting, evaluation, monitoring)
• UX/UI design experience or expertise

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager who will own the development, optimization, and scalability of our Localization & Translation services portfolio.

This role combines product ownership, operational excellence, and team leadership, including direct leadership of two localization and translation teams.

The ideal candidate understands language services as a product, can build scalable processes, and align delivery, sales, and customer expectations.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Act as a product manager on the self-written platform working with a variety of internal services
• Lead the initiative team focused on the multibrand direction, working along with project manager and business owner to ensure alignment with the business goals
• Work on enhancing the current functionality of internal admin panels
• Play a leading role integrating 3rd party solutions to extend the platform offerings
• Embrace accountability for decisions success in your initiative team. Set standards for ownership within the team
• Create new features that would make the platform competitive on the market
• Work closely with stakeholders, design and tech leads to ensure consistent delivery and stable work of team's services
  Integrate effort, risk, and maintenance cost into roadmap planning. Communicate trade-offs
• Interpret product and user data to identify patterns, generate insights, and recommend actionable next steps
• Drive a structured discovery process and translate insights into prioritized product goals that deliver meaningful customer and business value
• Collaborate with Research team to define success metrics for experiments, frame hypotheses, and incorporate insights into planning
• Optimize initiative processes to improve delivery, reduce risk, and increase velocity. Identify bottlenecks and resolve them cross-functionally
   

📚 Your qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in iGaming (B2B platform preferably)
• Experience working with JIRA, Tableau (or similar)
• Strong ability to define and communicate product requirements across multiple cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in making decisions based on metrics and/or market insights
• Confidence delivering uncomfortable truth to C-lvl management
• Strong communication skills
• Solid organizational skills being able to work independently aligning with the overall business goals
• Optional: experience working with Figma

What you’ll do:

• Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
• Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
• Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
• Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
• Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Take ownership of in-product content creation to maximize user value
   

About you:

• At least 1 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products;
• Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and knowledge of guidelines of those platforms
• Experience working with content creation within product
• Strong empathy and product intuition
• Proficient knowledge of working with AI instruments for content creation (visual, text)
• Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses;
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information;
• High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details;
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
