You will be in charge of setting up sportbooks integrations, authoring simple product specifications and collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to deliver highest quality sportsbook solution to our clients. You will also support and improve the product post-go-live through conducting market research, collecting customers feedback and delivering product improvements.
Your tasks:
- Work with business owners, stakeholders, and the Product team to define the product vision and roadmap to deliver a best-in-class sports product to our customers;
- Use data and business needs to define and build business cases for the Sports product;
- Author clear, detailed, and simple product specifications;
- Own and manage the sportsbook product roadmap aligned with overall product strategy, setting delivery expectations with stakeholders and customers;
- Integrate the sportsbook product into the platform for various operators as part of the B2B model;
- Maintain active communication with operators (clients) on all matters related to the sportsbook product; ensure timely knowledge transfer to the sportsbook team, quickly resolve issues, and provide operators with comprehensive consultations;
- Collaborate with the Design team to create outstanding UI/UX for the product;
- Work closely with the Engineering team to execute the roadmap and provide post-launch technical support;
- Ensure top release quality through rigorous QA collaboration and acceptance testing;
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to shape the product roadmap;
- Report on the execution status of the sportsbook roadmap to stakeholders and clients.
Our Criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in web/mobile product management, including authoring simple crisp clear business and product requirements;
- 2+ years in building Sports customer facing products in a similar Sportsbook Product role with a clear track record in improving Sportsbook KPIs;
- A data driven mindset to evaluate impact and success;
- Someone who thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business;
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives;
