At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders β the ones shaping the digital economy β with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, weβre on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.
Why are we introducing Product UX/Product Experience Role
At Solidgate, product quality is not defined only by features shipped β itβs defined by how clearly customers understand our product, how confidently they use it, and how well it fits into their real-world workflows.
As we scale, UX and Product Experience direction becomes a strategic function, not just a design layer.
Weβre introducing this role to ensure that customer insight, product design, and user experience are deeply embedded into how product decisions are made β not added after delivery. This role is about shaping how customers experience Solidgate end-to-end β from first demo to daily usage and long-term value.
What You Will Own
β Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
β Design as a system, not a service: principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices
β Customer insight & feedback loop: turning customer signals into clear UX and product improvements
β UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives, ensuring product clarity and consistency
β Experience-driven roll-out of new features: how customers discover, understand, and adopt new capabilities
β Close collaboration with Product Managers to embed UX thinking into discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
β Leadership of the Product Design function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
β Shaping how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in a fintech environment

β This is not a purely visual or UI role
β This is not a support function for PMs or Sales
β This is a product leadership role, focused on experience, clarity, and customer valueYou will influence what we build, how we build it, and how customers perceive it.
Team Setup
You will directly lead:
β Product Design TeamYou will work closely with:
β Product Managers
β Sales, Merchant Operations, and Integration teamsYour lead & mentor: Artem Sadurskyy, Chief Product Officer
Our Ideal Candidate
β Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
β Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
β Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
β Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable product experiences
β Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
β Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping a function as the company scales
Tools & Environment
β Figma
β Jira, Confluence or Notion
β Customer feedback & analytics tools
β Close collaboration with engineering and product teams
The Points That Make You Stand Out
β Experience in fintech, payments, or complex B2B products
β Experience working with sales-led or demo-driven products
β Strong understanding of customer onboarding, adoption, and retention flows
Why Join Solidgate?
High-impact role. Youβre not inheriting a perfect system β youβre building one.
Great product. Weβve built a fintech powerhouse that scales fast. Solidgate isnβt just an orchestration player β itβs the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses. From subscriptions to chargeback management, fraud prevention, and indirect tax β weβve got it covered.
Part of Endeavor β a global community of the worldβs most impactful entrepreneurs. Weβre proud to be the first payment orchestrator from Europe to join β and to share our expertise within a network of outstanding global companies.
Massive growth opportunity. Solidgate is scaling rapidly β this role will be a career-defining move.

Weβre hiring a Product Manager/Owner who can turn a strong product vision into consistent shipping.
This is a high-velocity execution role: youβll translate high-level goals into crisp specs, coordinate delivery across engineering, and ensure we ship the right things on time.
Youβll work closely with the founding team, engineers and designers to keep the roadmap focused, the backlog sharp, and releases predictable.
You will be building an iOS + web platform for AI document understanding (OCR, summary, chat) and manipulation (editing & productivity).
If you enjoy building lightweight process, unblocking teams, and getting features into usersβ hands quickly, you will fit here.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn goals into specs: write clear PRDs/specs with edge cases, UX states, and acceptance criteria so engineering can build without guessing.
- Own delivery cadence: sprint rhythm, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-functional coordination (engineering + design).
- Make shipping predictable: lightweight workflows (Jira), release checklists, and crisp definition-of-done.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: keep focus on the highest-impact work; protect the team from churn and scope creep.
- Close the loop: define success metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage (not opinions).
What Weβre Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in startups where "process" was something you had to build, not just follow.
- Mobile-First Experience. Youβve built and shipped mobile apps. Growth, retention, performance, and platform constraints are part of your daily work.
- High Execution. You care more about shipping value over "being right" or perfect narratives.
- Process Architect. Youβve implemented delivery workflows that teams actually follow.
- Data-Savvy. You rely on data to validate hypotheses. You are comfortable digging into dashboards (we use PostHog) to answer your own questions without needing a data analyst.
- Technical Fluency. Comfortable discussing APIs, latency, trade-offs, and constraints with engineers.
- Direct communicator. You surface risks early and manage expectations transparently.
Nice to Have Experience With
- Consumer Mobile Apps (iOS subscription mechanics).
- Productivity Tools (PDF, Notes, Editors).
- AI-enabled products.
- "Founder-led" startup.
The Team
- CEO
- Product Manager
- Fullstack Engineering Lead
- Back End Dev
- Fullstack Dev
- AI engineer
- User Acquisition Manager
- 2Ρ Designers
- 2x iOS Devs
What We Offer
- Real ownership building a product at the intersection of productivity + AI: youβll shape how we plan, ship, and iterate
- A team of product-obsessed people who value experimentation and knowledge-sharing.
- Flexible schedule and fully remote work from anywhere with reliable overlap to CET.
- 18 paid vacation days, 8 no-paperwork sick days, and 11 public holidays per year.
- Minimal bureaucracy, high trust, fast decisions.
Hiring Process:
- Intro Call
- Interview with CEO
- Offer
