A music-gen AI platform is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of our beautiful and complex UI/UX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our product's visual direction, user experience, and potentially direction of the product and its features.
 

Key Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Figma and 8+ years of design experience
Able to create dev-ready, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
Able to seamlessly work with complex nested components, Figma variables and styles
Senior level experience in building and maintaining a design system for SaaS project
Experience in product design, specifically SaaS multi-functional pages with component-based architecture
Experienced with landing page design with focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
Additional responsibilities may (or may not) include email design and other various assets
Preferably fluent in the Ukrainian language, English on a high level

Experience and knowledge of planning and implementing great user experience is important, but first of all we are looking for a top-notch UI designer with a great eye for design and technical details when working on the design system, components and prototyping.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably covering the full HR cycle.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, development, and employee engagement. (The role requires a proactive approach to talent scouting, including exploring non-traditional channels such as professional online communities, forums, and niche platforms (such as Reddit, Discord) to identify potential candidates for emerging or specialized roles.)
• Experience conducting one-on-one and exit interviews, engagement and satisfaction surveys.
• Knowledge of HR documentation standards.
• English - B2/C1.
• Ability to tackle several tasks simultaneously.
• High empathy, openness, and strong communication skills.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trusting, partnership-based relationships with managers.
• Skilled in constructive conflict resolution.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience launching HR processes from scratch.
• Participation in HR automation projects (HRIS, evaluation systems, surveys).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills in HR metrics (optional).
