Key Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Figma and 8+ years of design experience
Able to create dev-ready, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
Able to seamlessly work with complex nested components, Figma variables and styles
Senior level experience in building and maintaining a design system for SaaS project
Experience in product design, specifically SaaS multi-functional pages with component-based architecture
Experienced with landing page design with focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
Additional responsibilities may (or may not) include email design and other various assets
Preferably fluent in the Ukrainian language, English on a high level

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, development, and employee engagement.
