What You Will Do

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Take full ownership of the card business direction and lead product development from concept to launch.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with technology partners, payment providers, and internal teams to deliver the product.
• Develop strategies for both digital and physical card products.

Commercial Model & Analytics

• Build and optimize the card business model, including revenue streams, pricing, interchange economics, and profitability.
• Develop financial models, calculate unit economics, margins, and growth scenarios.
• Define and monitor key product metrics: acquisition, activation, retention, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction.

Product Launch & Operations

• Lead the end-to-end launch of digital and physical card products.
• Coordinate collaboration with technology, legal, compliance, operations, and external partners.
• Manage processes related to card issuance, delivery, and customer experience.

Partnerships & Growth

• Manage relationships with payment partners, processors, technology providers, and other stakeholders.
• Support expansion of the product ecosystem and identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and drive product scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or card products.
• Proven experience launching or managing payment products, digital banking solutions, or card programs.
• Strong understanding of card business models, payment processing, interchange economics, and product monetization.
• Experience working with Visa / Mastercard ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Background in fintech startups, neobanks, payment companies, or financial platforms is a strong advantage.

But you're not here to improve the funnels we have — you're here to discover the ones we don't. New streams, new funnels, new markets, new monetization mechanics. The directions AI can't generate because they don't exist in any known pattern yet. The bets no one has placed.

This role is a brand-new track for Nibble’s Web Growth team: a systematic engine for finding, validating, and proving new sources of revenue — and you own it end to end.

Why do we need you?
 

You’ll be responsible for generating, validating, and handing off new Web Growth directions with real revenue potential. You turn "what if we tried…" into "this works, here's the proof — now scale it."
 

In your first 6–12 months, we'll know you've succeeded when:

• New growth directions are validated and handed off — generating measurable revenue outside our existing funnels.
• You've built a pipeline of bets, not one-off experiments — a steady stream of channels, monetization mechanics, and segments tested with cheap, fast experiments.
• The hypothesis-to-decision cycle takes weeks, not quarters — at a predictable cost per test.
• Dead hypotheses become fuel. Every kill is documented; every insight gets reused by the team.

What do your responsibilities look like?
 

• Hunt for revenue. Research markets, competitors, and channels to surface non-obvious directions worth betting on. Understand why things grow, not just that they do.
• Run the bet-to-decision loop. Design experiments, build funnels and prototypes (AI and no-code are core tools here, not nice-to-haves), read the data yourself, and make the call: scale or kill.
• Own the number. Revenue from new directions is your scoreboard. You're the one who says "we invest here this quarter" — and stands behind it.
• Move fast and cheap. Compress a long testing cycle into something dramatically leaner. Speed is a feature, not an afterthought.
• Sell what works. Pitch validated directions to stakeholders and hand them off cleanly to the team that'll scale them.
• Draw the map yourself. There's no backlog waiting for you. You build the pipeline of bets from scratch.
