We seek an experienced PSP Manager. As a PSP Manager, you will oversee and optimize our payment processing operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and improve our approval rates, ensuring that they are competitive enough to support product scalability and marketing growth. The role requires active collaboration with PSP partners to optimize payment flows, resolve issues, and secure the best possible approval rates in key markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Approval Rate Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze transaction approval rates across different payment methods and markets.
    • Identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Implement proactive measures to optimize approval rates for different user segments and geographies.
    • PSP Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for PSP partners.
    • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with PSPs to ensure favorable terms, uptime reliability, and high approval rates.
    • Work closely with PSPs to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to declines, fraud prevention, and compliance.
    • Scalability & Market Expansion:
    • Ensure that approval rates are competitive enough to enable scaling efforts in new and existing markets.
    • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and compliance teams to support new market entries with effective payment solutions.
    • Identify and onboard new PSPs when needed to optimize coverage and performance.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports and insights on approval rate trends, decline reasons, and PSP performance.
    • Develop data-driven recommendations to improve payment success rates and user experience.
    • Work with BI and finance teams to forecast payment volumes and performance.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure all PSP integrations comply with regulatory requirements and fraud prevention best practices.
    • Monitor chargeback rates and coordinate with PSPs to minimize fraud risks.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and payment innovations.


    Requirements:

    • Experience: 3+ years in a PSP management, payments operations, or fintech role.
    • Experience in iGaming, dating, or high-risk industries is a strong plus.
    • Skills & Competencies: strong knowledge of online payment processing, payment methods, and fraud prevention strategies.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in payment data analysis and performance tracking.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with PSPs and internal stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving ability to address payment approval rate challenges in different markets.
    • Familiarity with chargeback management, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements in payments.
    • Tools & Technologies: proficiency in PSP dashboards, payment analytics tools, and CRM/payment gateway integrations.
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
