Вимоги:

• Досвід product manager/business analyst/data analyst від 1-2 років
• Вища технічна освіта, бажано з фокусом на математику: КПІ ІПСА, МехМат Шевченко тощо

Обов’язки:

Product Management:

• формування бачення продукту, його функціональності та пріоритетів;
• постійна робота над удосконаленням поточного продукту та новими напрямами;
• комунікація з користувачами, технічними командами, збір і уточнення вимог, дизайн-фідбек;
• постійний аналіз ринку на появу нових технологій, порівняння з аналогами та аналітика;
• участь у виставках (в тому числі, міжнародних).

Project Management:

• управління технічними проєктами: планування, реалізація, контроль, здача;
• робота з ризиками, контроль таймінгів, ресурсів та якості результату;
• ведення проєктної документації (плани, цілі, звіти, рішення);
• взаємодія з внутрішніми та зовнішнішніми стейкхолдерами (користувачі, замовники, інженери).

Додатково:

• визначення обсягу робіт, звітність щодо завантаженості команди;
• побудова процесів і участь у формуванні напрямку з нуля;
• балансування ресурсів між кількома паралельними проєктами;
• періодичні відрядження.

Вимоги:

• від 1 року досвіду управління технічними продуктами або проєктами;
• робота в сферах: miltech, ІТ, defense tech, aerospace — буде перевагою;
• розуміння повного життєвого циклу продукту — від ідеї до релізу;
• досвід з Agile/Scrum, інструментами Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, СlickUP, Draw.io;
• вища освіта (технічна — буде перевагою);
• англійська — рівень B1+;
• бути адаптивним та гнучким, і готовим до викликів та частих запитів.

Ми підсилюємо команду та  шукамо Product Manager, який допоможе нам розвивати цифрові продукти для мільйонної аудиторії та взаємодiяти з Product Owner.

Ми працюємо в середовищі Agile/Scrum і створюємо сервіси, які поєднують журналістику, технології та AI-рішення.

Що ти робитимеш:

• End-to-end воронку: повна відповідальність за шлях користувача від першого входу на платформу до оформлення підписки та утримання (retention).  
• Побудову та підтримку аналітики: створення подієвої моделі (events), робота з GA4 / GTM та налаштування базових дашбордів.  
• Контроль готовності продукту до кампаній: перевірка коректності міток, івентів, логіки paywall та onboarding перед запусками.  
• Управління беклогом: формування та пріоритизація продуктового backlog з чітким фокусом на монетизацію.  
• Growth-ініціативи: запуск A/B тестів, перевірка гіпотез росту та постійна оптимізація конверсії.  
• Кросс-функціональну взаємодію: щільна робота з командами Growth/Performance, Retention, аналітикою, розробкою, дизайном та маркетингом. 

Які навички потрібні:

• Вища освіта (маркетинг, аналітика, економіка, IT) або еквівалентний практичний досвід у digital / product / growth.  
• 3–5+ років досвіду у digital-продуктах (subscription / media / SaaS / platform).  
• Глибоке розуміння моделі підписки, воронок, конверсії, метрик LTV та churn.
• Досвід взаємодії з розробкою: постановка задач з бізнес-пріоритетами, контроль якості реалізації, володіння фреймворком продуктового управління (Idea > Validation > Decision).  

Технічні зання та Hard Skills:

• Продуктове мислення в синергії з digital-аналітикою (особливо event-based аналітика).  
• Розуміння того, як performance-трафік заходить у продукт.  
• Обов'язкове володіння інструментами: GA4 (на високому рівні), GTM (контроль та розуміння), Looker Studio / BI (буде перевагою), будь-які інструменти для A/B тестування, Atlassian / Office 365.  
• Прийняття рішень (Product discovery) виключно на основі даних, а не «інтуїції».  

Софт-скіли та компетенції:

• Результатоорієнтованість, сильне аналітичне мислення та системність.  
• Високий рівень відповідальності та відчуття ownership за продукт.  
• Зріла комунікація, лідерські якості та здатність аргументовано сказати «стоп» запуску, якщо продукт не готовий.  

Буде перевагою, але не обов'язково:

• Досвід роботи саме в медіа-ресурсах або контентних платформах з платним доступом.

Що ти будеш робити:

• Зводитити юніт-економіку продукту та працювати з P&L, LTV, MRR/ARR, I2P, ARPU, ROI
• Формувати roadmap, пріоритизувати гіпотези, складати спринти та керувати беклогом

🤝 Взаємодія з командами
