What is this project about?

A US-based startup is developing a hybrid virtual care coordination service, powered by a clinical pharmacy. The platform supports patients who are prescribed five or more medications by providing access to clinical pharmacists who optimize medication management, improve adherence, and coordinate care across providers to enhance patient outcomes.

What is the team size and structure?

Our team consists of a Project Manager, a DevOps Specialist, a QA Specialist, and a Senior Python Engineer.

✍️ Write high-impact copy for product launches, blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
📱 Develop social-first content that sparks conversation and amplifies announcements.
🎥 Create daily video and static content that drives awareness and community participation.
🤝 Collaborate with Product, Design, Tech, and Growth teams to craft compelling messaging.
📊 Use data and audience insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategies.
🚀 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
💬 Monitor and engage on social media channels to build trust and loyalty.
📈 Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content strategy.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🌐 Fluent/native in French & English (written + spoken).
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
📅 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or content creation.
🔍 Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
📝 Excellent storytelling and communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts.
🎬 Comfortable producing daily video content for social platforms.
🧩 Editorial mindset with self-editing and consistency in tone/voice.

Required Skills

• Node.js / Nest.js — 2-3 years of commercial experience
• MySQL / TypeORM — 2-3 years of experience
• Angular — 2-3 years of experience
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, clean architecture, and modular design

• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile workflows

About the Project

Our customer is a SaaS-based clinic and hospital management system designed to help healthcare providers in developing countries manage their operations more efficiently.
You’ll be joining a small but experienced engineering team responsible for building new features, refactoring existing modules, and optimizing performance.
The system is actively used by real healthcare organizations, so your work will have a direct positive impact on improving access to quality medical services.

 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to active users (informing, selling, retaining)
• Handle incoming inquiries via chat, messengers, and email
• Provide consultations on products, promotions, and bonus offers
• Work with CRM systems: maintain user database and log interactions
• Execute sales and cross-sales based on current offers and campaigns
• Resolve user issues, improve loyalty, and support retention efforts

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call center is mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound calls and sales
• Fluent spoken and written Russian is required
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
• Understanding of customer service principles and sales techniques
• Stress resilience, positive attitude, and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work with CRM systems and quickly learn new tools

 Would be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, or other online industries
