π― Role Overview
We are looking for a Payment Product Manager to join our Payment Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving integrations with third-party payment systems and providers to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient payment flows for our users.
You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and business β defining requirements, managing integrations, and ensuring a reliable and user-friendly payment experience across the platform.
βοΈ Your Tasks:
- Own and develop the payment product inside the cashier, focusing on usability, conversion, and stability.
- Define and prioritize product requirements for payment features based on business goals, user behavior, and data.
- Work closely with design and development teams on UX flows and cashier experience (deposit, withdrawal, confirmations, errors).
- Analyze key payment metrics (conversion, approval rate, drop-offs, success rate, funnel performance) and identify growth opportunities.
- Initiate and run UX research (user feedback, flow analysis, hypotheses validation) to improve payment journeys.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product specifications and documentation.
- Participate in testing and release validation, ensuring features work as expected from a user and product perspective.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (payments, finance, tech, business) to align priorities and roadmap.
- Support payment integrations at a product level (requirements, validation, acceptance), while technical implementation is handled by a dedicated specialist.
π€ Our criteria:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in payments, fintech, or iGaming.
- Hands-on experience working with cashiers or payment-related products.
- Strong understanding of payment funnels, UX flows, and conversion metrics.
- Experience working with product analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to formulate clear product requirements and documentation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, tech, payments, business).User-focused mindset with attention to detail and impact.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
