The bottleneck in software is no longer building it. It is knowing what is worth building.

Someone who deeply understands a business can now sit down with Claude Code and have a real product in production by the end of the week. You bring the business judgement. Claude Code handles the technical details.

What you'll work on

Insurance is one of the oldest, most paper-heavy industries there is. We are rebuilding it with AI first tooling. Real customers, real money, real regulation. Small team, no sprints, no rituals. An idea in the morning is often live by the evening.

The role

You own a whole product area end to end: why we build it, what it is, the build, the tests, the rollout. There is nobody that hands you a spec.

Must have

- Insurance industry experience

- 7+ years in product management or a similar business role where you owned what users received

- A real software product you delivered to real users

- Your own hands-on Claude Code work. Something you built yourself, not your team

German language is a plus, not required.
