Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with PHP in backend development
• Strong expertise in Laravel and its ecosystem in production environments
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including optimization, indexing, and schema design
• Experience with Laravel Jobs and queue systems (Redis, SQS)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with Eloquent ORM performance tuning and N+1 query prevention

The system also includes integrations with external healthcare services and third-party tools, as well as real-time communication features used in day-to-day healthcare operations.
