Performance ad-tech platform specializing in programmatic resell: we purchase high-quality inventory from SSPs and effectively resell it through DSP buyers in banner and video formats

We are looking for a BDM who already has experience building and scaling

resell operations in programmatic (supply → demand), where profit is generated on

the margin between purchasing from SSP and selling to DSP

Key requirements

- Proven experience specifically in programmatic resell/arbitrage for 2–4 years:

- Purchasing inventory from SSP (PubMatic, Magnite, OpenX, Index, ,

Adform, AppNexus/Xandr, and similar)

- Reselling through DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Yandex DSP,

MGID, Taboola, programmatic direct, agencies)

- Working in a model without own direct traffic/publishers (pure

resell, supply path management)

In-depth knowledge of focus formats:

- Banner/Display: standard (300×250, 728×90, etc.), rich media,

interstitial, high-viewability

- Video: pre-roll, in-stream, out-stream, rewarded, VAST/VPAID, vertical /short-form video

- Understanding of resell economics: CPM purchase vs CPM sale, margin per impression,win-rate, viewability, completion rate, fraud-rate, latency, supply path optimization

(SPO)

- Negotiation skills: floor prices, private marketplaces / PMP / deals at SSP; tests,scaling, performance guarantees at DSP buyers

- Experience with supply chain transparency: sellers.json, SupplyChain Object,minimizing hops

- Confident outreach to SSP partners and DSP clients (LinkedIn, email,

Telegram, industry events)

- Knowledge of current 2026 verticals: e-commerce, fintech, apps, gaming, education, dating — where banners and videos provide stable volume in the resell model

What will be in your area of responsibility

- Searching for and connecting new SSP partners to purchase high-quality programmatic inventory (banner + video) at favorable rates

- Attracting and developing DSP buyers, agencies, and performance teams who need high-volume, clean traffic without fraud

- Full transaction cycle: testing,analysis (margin, win rate, quality), scaling, analysis (margin, win rate, quality), scaling

- Supply chain management: optimizing delivery routes, monitoring transparency, working with Deal IDs / PMP

- Monitoring trends (vertical video, shoppable banners, brandformance, CTV-like inventory) and adapting offers to demand

- Constant work on margins: negotiations on floors/deals at SSP, packaging inventory for the needs of DSP clients

- Achieving goals for turnover, margins, and long-term partnerships

Scale global supply for media buying, affiliate, and performance agencies. We work with Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, Native + 100+ providers (accounts, cards, proxies, tools).

🧨 Your role: Head of the Supply Department. Develop strategies, build teams, and negotiate deals to ensure stable traffic.
⬆️ Key responsibilities
- Department management: KPIs, instructions, hiring/firing, deadlines, templates.
- Searching for/testing providers (agents, platforms) via FB/LinkedIn/chats; concluding terms and conditions.
- Monitoring terms and conditions: commissions, limits, penalties, refunds.
- Communication with providers and partners (personal work with large ones).
- Development of quality standards for Supply managers.
- Coordination with AM, finance, CEO; SLA from order to top-up/refund.
- Control of top-ups, refunds, blocks; database maintenance (tools, providers, manuals).
- Strategy: terms and conditions, volumes, forecasts; search processes by account formats.

⚠️ Requirements
- Experience: media buying/affiliate/supply ops/advertising infrastructure (2+ years).
- Working with providers: accounts, proxies, DSP, cards.
- Negotiations: commercial terms, long-term deals, objections.
- Management: 2+ years.
- Risk management: spend, limits, commissions.
- Finance: metrics, KPIs, reporting.
- English: Upper-Intermediate+.

An international agency providing advertising accounts and

infrastructure for media buying teams, affiliate arbitrage, and performance agencies. We

work with key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, Native) and a large pool of

providers of accounts, cards, proxies, and technical tools.

We are looking for a Supply Manager who will operationally complete tasks from Account Managers,

work with providers, support account issuance, replenishment, replacement, and technical

cases.

Account operations

-Processing requests from account managers: opening accounts, replacements, replenishments,closures

Communication with providers on current tasks

-Monitoring account statuses: ordered / in progress / issued / banned / replaced

-Verifying the correctness of access and account data

-Working with providers

Correspondence with agencies and platforms on current accounts

-Requesting and clarifying conditions for specific cases

-Monitoring response times and fulfillment of obligations on the part of the provider

-Transferring updates on terms, structure, or work specifics to your team lead

(penalties, bans, delays, schedule, provider holidays, etc.)

Incidents and replacements

-Working with account bans and replacement cases

-Replacing accounts according to approved regulations

-Transferring information to Finance if the case affects the financial side of the business

-Recording and transparency

-Maintaining tasks in CRM using templates

-Updating statuses and comments on tasks

-Recording key information, distributing data from chats in the database

Requirements
Optimal

-Experience working with advertising accounts/providers/agencies
-Understanding of basic terms: setup fee, adspend, commission, ban, refund, SLA
-Ability to correspond with providers and bring tasks to completion
-Attention to detail and responsibility for the final outcome of the task
-Willingness to work with a large flow of operational tasks
Would be a plus

-Experience in affiliate/agency
-Understanding of iGaming, apps, DSP, or Facebook accounts
-Experience working with Asana/CRM/spreadsheets
