Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret key product and business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Set up, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on new features, game loops, player behavior, and monetization flows.
• Translate messy data and complex logic into clear, actionable dashboards and insights.
• Automate repetitive data processes, build alerting systems, and optimize existing workflows.
• Collaborate with Producers, devs, and other analysts to improve data collection, instrumentation, and event design.

About You:

• At least 2 year of experience as an analyst in game dev industry.
• Understand mobile game KPIs and lifecycle stages.
• Fluent with tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, OneSignal, and know how to get the most out of them.
• Built dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI, Tableau, or similar — ones that actually get used by teams.
• You can write clean SQL, use Python comfortably, and work with common data/analytics libraries.
• Understand of A/B testing nuances, from design to interpretation.

Job Description

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related technical or clinical field.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex software development projects.

- Proven experience working within the medical device industry or a heavily regulated healthcare software environment (e.g., Software as a Medical Device - SaMD).

- Demonstrable experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), with strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience managing requirements backlogs and traceability, preferably using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Proven experience translating complex clinical needs and workflows into clear, well-documented technical requirements (user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria).

Job Responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst who will perform the business analysis efforts, ensuring that the developed system accurately reflects clinical needs, enhances surgical workflows, meets regulatory standards, and delivers significant value to surgeons and client

- Perform the elicitation of detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements from diverse stakeholders, including surgeons (Key Opinion Leaders), product managers, clinical specialists, marketing teams, software engineers, UI/UX designers, and potentially regulatory affairs personnel.

-  Conduct in-depth analysis of surgeon needs, clinical workflows (pre-operative planning, intra-operative guidance, post-operative validation), and existing challenges in FAI surgery.

- Analyze requirements related to processing and analyzing medical imaging data (X-Ray, CT, MRI), including 2D measurements and 3D model generation/manipulation. Investigate and document requirements related to system integration, data management, security, and performance within a clinical/OR environment.

- Develop a strong understanding of hip arthroscopy, FAI pathology, surgical techniques, and the clinical application of medical imaging (X-Ray, CT, MRI). Maintain awareness of relevant medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE marking) and standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7) and ensure requirements reflect compliance needs.

- Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner/Manager, assisting in prioritization based on clinical value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and strategic goals. Ensure requirements are effectively communicated, understood, and agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders.

- Act as the primary liaison between the business/clinical stakeholders (client, surgeons) and the technical development team. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather, validate, and refine requirements.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Present findings, requirements, and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Задачі для тебе:

• Моніторинг та підтримка інфраструктури Power BI (налаштування доступів, додавання користувачів і т.д.);
• Збір вимог від замовників, створення звітів для департаменів (фінанси, комерція, hr) підтримка та доопрацювання існуючих звітів;
• Моделювання даних - створення оптимальних моделей для великих об'ємів даних;
• Написання оптимізованих мір на DAX;
• Написання ТЗ програмістам на додавання показників в OLAP-куби, консультації в процесі їх створення;
• Додавання, або видалення користувачів в базу OLAP по запиту від керівників департаментів;
• Консультації та навчання користувачів звітів BI-аналітики;
• Написання запитів різної складності для повсякденної роботи в Power BI та OLAP-кубах.
