Для наших партнерів, технологічній компанії у сфері MilTech, шукаємо амбітного Business Development Manager, який здатний будувати довгострокові відносини з державними структурами та великими оборонними контракторами.

Основні обов’язки:

• Розробка та реалізація стратегії виходу на ринки країн НАТО та ЄС.
• Встановлення та підтримка відносин з представниками Міністерств оборони та оборонних кластерах.
• Керування повним циклом B2G/B2B продажів.
• Пошук та залучення локальних партнерів у Європі.
• Вести моніторинг та брати участь у міжнародних тендерах та грантових програмах у сфері безпеки.
• Представляти компанію на ключових івентах.
  
  Вимоги:
• Від 5 років у Business Development у сферах MilTech, GovTech, авіації або важкої промисловості.
• Знання специфіки європейського оборонного замовлення, процедур сертифікації та експортного контролю.
• Досвід роботи зі складними угодами та довгими циклами прийняття рішень.
• Вільна англійська (C1/C2). Знання додаткової мови  буде величезною перевагою.
• Вміння вести переговори на рівні С-level та вищих державних чиновників.
• Готовність до відряджень.
  
  Буде плюсом:
• Наявність активної мережі контактів у оборонних відомствах або фондах підтримки стартапів у сфері безпеки.
• Розуміння принципів роботи фондів EIF/EDF (European Defence Fund).

An IT holding JetMonsters is looking for an experienced Head of Digital Agency in a project TemplateMonster.com, marketplace for digital products and services.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong operational leader with a business mindset, with proven experience in web/design and digital marketing agencies, capable of taking full ownership of agency operations and performance.
You will have hands-on experience across all aspects of agency operations — from client strategy and service offerings to sales, delivery, and financial management — to drive scalable, sustainable, and predictable growth.

You will be fully accountable for agency performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall agency operations and performance

• Oversee client strategy, acquisition, retention, and account growth

• Manage project delivery across all services (web design, development, digital marketing) from strategy to execution

• Ensure effective resource planning, team structure, and delivery quality

• Build and optimize processes and workflows across sales, PM, and production teams

• Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and service offerings

• Define and track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement

• Ensure alignment and seamless collaboration between all departments

• Manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability

• Identify operational and delivery risks and proactively mitigate them

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

• Experience building or scaling teams and operational structures in an agency environment

• Strong understanding of sales processes, project management, and production workflows

• Strong business mindset with experience in agency growth, client development, and financial metrics

• Understanding of KPIs, unit economics, and financial management in a digital agency

• English level B1–B2 or higher

Role overview
You will own the full lifecycle of JV partnerships - from recruiting and closing partners to onboarding, coaching, and growing their performance. • Recruit, qualify, and close high-quality JV partners with proven acquisition and closing capabilities
• Onboard new partners, set clear expectations, and drive fast activation to avoid early drop-off
• Coach partners on lead handling, follow-up processes, prioritization, and pipeline execution

• Retain top-performing partners through measurable results and consistent performance tracking

• 2+ years of experience in partner management, affiliate management, business development, or similar roles involving external revenue partnerships
• Proven ability to sell partnerships, set expectations, and hold partners accountable for results
• Experience coaching or managing external partners on execution and performance
• Strong commercial judgment - able to distinguish high-potential operators from low performers
• Experience managing 30+ active partner relationships simultaneously
• High level of ownership, organization, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and spoken English, used daily for partner communication and calls

• Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or lead generation
• Background in JV partnerships, affiliate programs, or revenue share models
