    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the design of our mobile app and digital financial ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role, ideally for a designer who has already mastered end-to-end product delivery and seeks creative independence. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to create intuitive, consistent, and visually refined user experiences that scale globally. The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in fintech, payments, or crypto products.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead product and feature design from concept to release, shaping both UX and UI across platforms.
       
    • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and development‑ready design specifications.
       
    • Deliver data‑driven and user‑centered solutions based on research and usability insights.
       
    • Define design strategy and sustain product consistency through pattern libraries and design systems.

    Team Structure

    You will report directly to the Head of Design, work daily with the Frontend Lead (Bangkok) and Brand Designer (Amsterdam), and collaborate closely with the delivery and product management teams. The broader design group already includes senior professionals responsible for brand identity, visual systems, and marketing design.

    We are looking for a true senior — someone who’s been in a senior role for at least 2–3 years, confident in owning design decisions and able to engage tech leads with clarity. Designers from startup or scale‑up companies are the best fit; large corporate backgrounds often lack the pace and adaptability we expect.

     

    Insight and daily based tasks

    Your typical day will include syncing with developers in Thailand’s time zone, refining feature flow logic, and preparing handoff files in Figma. You’ll review design QA feedback, iterate on released product metrics, and present small feature improvements directly to the Head of Design. A large focus is on crypto payment interactions, hybrid wallet designs, and user verification flows aligned with AI-driven compliance tools.
